Really clean, had everything we needed, access was easy, perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Host gave us lots of info before we arrived and allowed us to check in early as we arrived earlier than planned.
The toilet door didn’t stay closed but we just wedged the bin behind it, very minor point.

A clean and fairly spacious apartment with a convenient location. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the metro, and there are also bus stops nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor with a direct entrance from the street. However, the street itself is quiet and peaceful in the evening. Just a couple of doors away there’s a bakery, and around the corner in the same building, there’s a large Consum supermarket.

Muy bonito, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta! Fueron muy amables en dejarnos dejar el equipaje antes para poder conocer Valencia más a gusto! Fácil aparcamiento! Lo recomiendo!

It was a decent room.
We hadn't realize that this is a ground floor room. Probably, used to be a shop and they converted it into rooms for rent. They divide them with fake walls and create rooms, that have no windows of course, so no daylight and of course no fresh air. The only source of light and air is the main door. When you get out, you find yourself immediately on the pavement. Pavements in Valencia are filthy. With dog piss and poop everywhere! So, If you enjoy coming into the place you live carrying all these inside the room..
When we arrived, we immediately reported to the guest services via WhatsApp, that the bathroom door could not close at all. We were using a bucket full of water to put behind the door, to keep it closed. Also one of the bedside lights was missing. They said they would fix it. After 7 days, noone showed up.
