Not value for money.

It was a decent room.

We hadn't realize that this is a ground floor room. Probably, used to be a shop and they converted it into rooms for rent. They divide them with fake walls and create rooms, that have no windows of course, so no daylight and of course no fresh air. The only source of light and air is the main door. When you get out, you find yourself immediately on the pavement. Pavements in Valencia are filthy. With dog piss and poop everywhere! So, If you enjoy coming into the place you live carrying all these inside the room.. When we arrived, we immediately reported to the guest services via WhatsApp, that the bathroom door could not close at all. We were using a bucket full of water to put behind the door, to keep it closed. Also one of the bedside lights was missing. They said they would fix it. After 7 days, noone showed up.

Great accomodation for exploring the city

A clean and fairly spacious apartment with a convenient location. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the metro, and there are also bus stops nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor with a direct entrance from the street. However, the street itself is quiet and peaceful in the evening. Just a couple of doors away there’s a bakery, and around the corner in the same building, there’s a large Consum supermarket.

Clean, expected money/value ratio, good location but w/o designated working area.

Clean: I haven't seen dust or cockroaches. The host was pretty responsible and answered in maximum few hours. Most of my requests were fullfilled. The location is pretty calm, lots of shops are around. I cooked myself so it was convenient. Great Panaderia is located next door. WIFI strangth was excellent. Subway is 5 min by walk, 3 stations to the city center.

Lack of modern restaraunts around - mostly Indian/Arab venues or pizzerias. No separation between main area and sleeping area - not convenient for long-term stays, e.g. when you want to sleep but your partner wants to watch TV. Lack of working area - small table between the wall and the column is too narrow so I worked on a kitchen table.

Sistema di check-in poco pratico: l’host invia moltissimi messaggi in tre lingue, rendendo difficile capire cosa sia davvero importante. Abbiamo chiesto in anticipo istruzioni per il check-in, ma solo all’ultimo ci viene detto che dobbiamo scaricare un’app. Questo è inaccettabile mentre si viaggia, quando si deve conservare la batteria e orientarsi in un posto nuovo. L’app inoltre non funzionava e le istruzioni erano confuse. Alla fine è comparsa una persona davanti alla casa, ha aperto la porta senza dire nulla ed è andata via. In bagno abbiamo trovato spazzatura di ospiti precedenti e piccoli scarafaggi sia in cucina che in bagno. Abbiamo avvisato l'host che si è detto dispiaciuto ma non ha fatto nulla per migliorare la situazione, per esempio offrirsi di pulire o fornirci un insetticida.

Buena opción en Valencia

Todo tal cual estaba descrito. Barrio tranquilo. Muy amplio y moderno. Instalaciones bastante nuevas. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Instrucciones claras y concisas del anfitrión. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Un poco apartado del centro. Éramos cuatro adultos y la cama del sofá un poco incómoda comparada con la cama normal. Al llegar no pudimos utilizar la apertura de cerradura inteligente ya que no funcionaba bien. De todas formas pudimos acceder con la llave de seguridad de la caja con combinación.

Sicuramente consigliato!

L'appartamento è molto carino e moderno, situato in una zona provvista di tutto ( farmacia, supermercato, bar, ristoranti, ecc.) a due passi da una fermata dell'autobus che in 15 minuti porta al centro. Al nostro arrivo c'era una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Letti e cuscini comodi. Appartamento pulito e bagno spazioso e comodo.

Al mio arrivo, nonostante avessi specificato ben due volte che eravamo tre persone, l'appartamento era attrezzato solo per due. Ho subito scritto su Whatsapp a S. che ha risolto la situazione, mandando dopo circa un'ora e mezza una persona a prepararci il terzo letto e fornirci gli asciugamani mancanti. La serratura della porta del bagno era rotta, e la porta non si chiudeva bene (rimaneva sempre un po' socchiusa). Ci hanno fornito solo due asciugamani a testa per tre giorni, che erano puliti ma abbastanza vecchi, e non c'erano asciugamani e/o coperte aggiuntive. Mancavano inoltre essenziali come olio/sale/zucchero.
