Very easy.
Sofa bed's mattress is quite hard, not very comfortable. Also the sofa and the TV area are directly at the entrance = basically on the street. At the end it was not an issue, but maybe putting in some space separators could make the space feel cosier.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito e arredato con gusto moderno. È adatto a ospitare fino a quattro persone, anche se il divano letto risulta un po’ piccolo e potrebbe essere meno confortevole per due adulti.
Appena arrivati davanti all’appartamento, alle 23:30, abbiamo scoperto con grande disappunto che non era ancora stato pulito, nonostante avessi comunicato in anticipo il nostro orario di arrivo. Dopo un viaggio e a tarda notte, trovarsi in questa situazione è stato particolarmente spiacevole e inaccettabile.

Lo mejor la ubicación y que era muy espacioso.
Es un bajo comercial acondicionado como apartamento con bastantes cosas a mejorar: hay humedades en las paredes, muy poca luz, la única ventana es la que da a la "terraza" que está bastante descuidada y sucia y la del baño, además había cucarachas, y la cama de matrimonio y almohadas bastante incomodas.
