L'emplacement superbe, au-dessus de l'arrêt de bus et du métro, cartier chic et beau building. Parking inclus, 2 sdb et balcons.

Nice neighborhood, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, new building, concierge, apartment cleaning upon arrival was good. Convenient if the area suits you (it did for us), otherwise the city center and the sea are far away. The apartment is modest and shabby, but has everything you need. Parking is a bit tight, but conveniently located inside the building.
There are significant issues with hot water pressure and supply—this was the main problem of the entire stay. There are essentially only two beds: one double bed and one single bed; the rest is not suitable for sleeping. The pool in the complex is not very clean.
