Accogliente e pulito. Vicino alla fermata del pullman.

L'acqua calda arrivava ogni 20 minuti e durava circa per 10 minuti. Le forchette erano solo 3 e noi eravamo 4 persone.

Appartamento molto carino

L'appartamento si trova su strada, su un marciapiede, non ci sono finestre quindi bisogna aprire la porta per avere aria. C'è uno scaldabagno che dopo 1 doccia di una bambina aveva già terminato l'acqua calda (abbiamo dovuto scaldarla con le pentole). Ho contattato la struttura, non rispondendomi ho contattato il servizio clienti di booking che sono stati prontissimi per contattarla loro personalmente, ma non ha risposto neanche a loro. Ho ricevuto una risposta dopo 35 minuti in cui mi si avvisava dello scaldabagno. L'appartamento era sporco: un orecchino di ospite precedente in cucina, fazzoletto sporco a terra,molliche di pane sul divano. Quando l'ho fatto presente mi è stato risposto che avrebbe chiesto informazioni alla ditta di pulizie. Poi più nulla. Il divano letto non era neanche aperto per la notte (prenotazione per 4 persone, chiaramente non sarebbe bastato un solo letto matrimoniale). A disposizione lenzuola, ma nessun coprimaterasso.

La zona esta bien y es tranquila. Se ajustaba a mi visita.

Es un local. Está a nivel de la acera. La ventana es la puerta… no puedes abrir si estar literalmente en la acera… Las almohadas son HORRIBLES. La ventilación del gimnasio de al lado no deja de funcionar hasta las 2am. Máquina de cápsulas de café sin una triste cápsula.

Très bon séjour.

La relation avec l'hôte, la propreté de l'endroit. L'endroit était vraiment bien équipé et à proximité des bus, métros... Facilité pour se déplacer tout autour. Une très bonne connexion Wifi (Ce n'est évidemment pas le plus important en vacances mais c'est très pratique)

Bien para un par de noches

Tiene un supermercado justo delante hasta las 22:30h. En la zona hay varios sitios para comer.

Al ser un bajos, nos entró una cucaracha y muchas hormigas. En la pared de al lado hay una escuela de bachata que suena hasta altas horas. El agua caliente se nos agotó enseguida para 4 personas.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita para disfrutar de Valencia. La decoración es muy moderna y agradable. El Barrio en donde está el apartamento es tranquilo, con un buen servicio de transporte y supermercados Corte Inglés y Mercadona por ejemplo . Desde que llegamos Paula estuvo a disposición para todas nuestras preguntas.
