Super emplacement près de la place de l'hôtel de ville ,entouré de tous les commerces

Das Apartment hat eine exzellente Toplage!! Man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Rathausplatz und kann auch sonst alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Das Highlight ist natürlich die verglaste Terrasse, wo man einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt hat.
Der Empfang von Victoria war auch sehr freundlich und wir haben sehr viele Informationen betreffend Restaurants etc. bekommen.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank)
Sauberkeit!
Das Apartment war bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich schön gesäubert. Teilweise staubig in den Ecken, Spiegel im Badezimmer nicht gut gereinigt, Flecken am Teppich, zwischen Bettrand und Wand benutzte Taschentücher, gebrauchte Socken im oberen Regal des Kastens.
Der Lift ins Apartment in den 9.Stock ist schon sehr alt und man ist froh, wenn man heil wieder aussteigt.

Victoria resultó muy amable y simpática . El departamento es agradable y con unas muy bonitas vistas de Valencia
La mitad de las luces no funcionaban , la lámpara principal del living además estaba rota ,había colillas de cigarrillos en el balcón, ropa de huéspedes anteriores en los placares, el baño no tenía toallero ni cesto para residuos . Se nota mucho la falta de mantenimiento y limpieza y ese es un maltrato hacia el cliente que en sus vacaciones debe preocuparse por temas que tendrían que estar totalmente resueltas
