Ubicación, limpieza y equipamiento excelentes (10/10): El apartamento está impecable, muy bien equipado y situado en una zona inmejorable. Para una estancia en familia (íbamos dos adultos y dos niños pequeños) el piso en sí es perfecto.

- Comunicación caótica antes de la llegada: Para coordinar el check-in y la entrega de llaves nos derivaron de un número de WhatsApp a otro alegando una "jerarquía interna" que el huésped no tiene por qué conocer ni gestionar. La coordinación debería ser entre ellos para dar una respuesta clara y directa. - Nula resolución de incidencias: No lográbamos encender el ventilador de techo y sus respuestas fueron genéricas ("funciona con mando e interruptor"). Les pedimos que lo miraran cuando fueran al piso a cambiar unas pilas, pero ignoraron la petición. El último día descubrimos que el interruptor estaba tapado detrás del cabecero de la cama (posiblemente tapado al limpiar). Lo resolvimos por nuestra cuenta la última noche, pero nos privó de estar más cómodos con los niños durante casi toda la estancia por no darnos una solución mínima.

De locatie, openbaar vervoer vlakbij, supermarkten vkakbij, strand op loopafstand, veel restaurants/ cafés vlakbij, het was heel schoon, fijne en grote badkamer, ik vond de bedden lekker liggen (ook de slaapbank), de toegangscode is heel makkelijk, de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep goed

Ik miste toch een buiten uiteindelijk en er zijn ook geen ramen, ik vind het fijn om soms thuis even wat te drinken of te eten en dat hebben wij niet gedaan omdat ik dat ongezellig vond zo in die ruimte. Dus ontbijt/ lunch/ diner deden wij allemaal buitenshuis. Waar wij de laatste dagen last van hadden was een soort geur van koken/ eten van de buren. Als wij de airco aandeden en afzuigkap werd dat gelukkig wel iets minder.

The studio is really nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is perfect, we could go walking to the beach and to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies. There is several supermarkets nearby and a bar just in the corner with really good food. There are some car park spaces nearby and a public parking 10mins away if you prefer to secure the car park space. It was weird at the beginning to have the door just on the street but at the end it was really handy because we had to use a wheelchair and it wasn't noisy at night I really liked the code facility to get inside the apartment and no need of keys

The main bed was not that comfortable, but the girls were happy in the sofa bed. We missed something to hang and dry clothes after the beach
