Apartment was clean and had adequate facilities. I chose the apartment as it was located close to my daughter, to help her pack up her uni flat and come back to UK. For me, it was adequate for a few nights but I wouldn't like to have it as a holiday stay and I won't be back again

Accessing the keycode: Full payment had been made for the stay one week before arrival. I contacted the owners the day before arrival to ask for the key code and was informed it would be given on day of arrival. I informed the property of my time of arrival. No key code sent. I arrived in Valencia and sent a message to the owners to say I had arrived and was taking a taxi to the flat. No reply. I arrived at the location - no idea where the flat was (fortunately my daughter was with me) and I feared I had been scammed. I rang the number provided by Booking.com - no reply, but I left a message. No one returned my message. After a while, I rang again and was able to speak to the owner, who promptly sent me a photo to confirm that I was at the correct address and the keycode ..... REALLY NOT IMPRESSED Other feedback: there's no view. All the windows are frosted glass - which made it dark and dingy I didn't feel safe. No double lock on the front door which leads directly onto the street - I put a chair against the door each night. Lots of people walking infront of the property. In the evening, there must be a social space at the rear (outside the bedroom) as children playing and people talking. I read about cockroaches - yes, there were some in the flat. The owners provided spray, which I used copiously, to good effect. no sitting area - I get that the settee doubles up as an extra bed - but when your occupancy doesn't need that - why is it made up as a bed and no cushions provided to turn it back into a settee?

I had mixed up the dates and ended up having to change plans at the last-minute and hosts were accommodating. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of space.

The place is a converted ground level space and it lacks soundproofing so you here everything - there is a periodic mechanical noise, even during the night. As it's right on the street you hear everyone going in and out of the building next door and the footsteps of people in the unit above. The sofabed is hard - not great for sleeping more than a night or two. Additionally, as its on the ground level, there is very little natural light.

No me gustó que no fuera un apartamento y fuera un bajo, el ruido de las tuberías por la mañana, había cosas rotas como por ejemplo lo de sujetar el papel de baño, habia una cápsula de café usada dentro de la cafetera.
