I am happy with my stay.

Location was awesome, neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant. Many nice restaurants, coffee shops, market and the beach is within walking distance. Airport taxi service was provided with a fare price.

The hot water was very limited. Kitchenwares werent clean.

It is close to the sea, about 12 minutes walk Close to Mertrou (lines 5 and 7), 10 minutes walk Close to buses Cafes and shops nearby

- the dirty apartment (I found used condom wrappers) - for a stay of 9 nights two people only one set of towels - very, very uncomfortable bed - lack of cleaning products - mold in the bathroom - very creepy washing machine (we wouldn't use it) - chipped dishes and poor kitchen utensils - the air conditioner full of mold - the apartment is covered with a concrete floor, because it gets very hot in high temperatures - the location is ok - lack of communication from those who administer it. I did not receive the access code until I called, it was also replaced without notifying me (when I wanted to leave the keys for check-put)

Great value for money

The owners were super helpful with anything we needed and the location is great if you want to be close to the beach but also have good bus connections to the city centre.

We found that some of the blankets weren’t washed and placed on the bed and in the wardrobe, which we noticed by the smell however when we informed the owner they supplied us with fresh ones straight away.

location, central el cabanyal a very nice area close to the beach full of little cafe s and restaurant.

it rained for ten days on a raw and withouth keeping the manual aircon (for heating on) all the time, the apartment would get very cold and humid in 5 mins. Hot water was just enough for two quick showers.

I liked the apartment, all new. Furniture was very good. The neighborhood, despites is near the beach, is very popular.

The host was really bad all the time: I rented the apartment in front of the street. I arrived there and some people were in my apartment, then I had to stay in another one that seems like a cave. The host didn't care I was in the wrong apartment until the other guests left. Then I had to ask to change it. Their team had many communication problems (cleaners came to my apartment when I was there, the keys were not easy to get). All the time the person could be unpolite, she was. Never be back into this place again, but Valencia, yes.

Take it if you want to safe money, but you will not get comfortable. for sure!

The location was good, easy to go to the city centre and the beach is 15 minutes walk away.

The pillow cowering was not washed, no dish washing sponge, the water sinks are old and sinks, to get in to the apartment looks like an adventure… it was very very bad but we came back just to sleep so… economic decision 🤷‍♀️

Didn’t live up to the pictures

Within a 10/15 min walk to beach.

Very noisy property dogs continuously barking with noisy neighbours above. The facilities need some attention - towel rack hanging off wall in apt 1, hairdryer didn’t work ( had specifically emailed ahead to check whether there was one), used coffee cups; shower fell off wall in second apt on first use, wasn’t very clean; wash machine didn’t work and there was hair on tea towel. Generally not what you would expect for the price paid.

Shower had low debit. Not a lot of light in the appartement. Equipped with basic stuff so perfect if you only sleep there, nothing amazing if you're looking for a nice apparemment to cook and enjoy some time in.

Pleasant

The location is sweet, and the property management was very friendly via messenger. The place has a nice terrasse and the beach is super-close. The apartment was clean and has everything needed.

There's been a regular bad smell in the apartment, I guess it was sewage. I've seen the comments about the very same thing, but I didn't expect it to be so constant. Also, the internet was pretty bad, sometimes not working at all.

Good location, close to beach, aquarium, science museum etc. Good value for money.

The kitchen came stocked with basic necessities and the heating/air con was very good. The person we met on arrival was extremely nice and helpful and recommended a nice coffee spot just around the corner.

It was quiet loud at night as everything going on upstairs could be heard, seemed like they were moving furniture all night.

Deutsch Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit viel Sonne – und das im Winter.

🇩🇪 Deutsch Zum Strand läuft man zwischen 10 und 15 Minuten, je nachdem wie schnell man ist. Er ist auch leicht zu finden: Man biegt einmal ab und läuft dann quasi nur noch geradeaus. Das Bett war sehr bequem und insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen frisch renovierten Eindruck. Wir waren super positiv überrascht, wie sauber es war. Im Grunde war alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Handtücher, Föhn, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien, Geschirr (allerdings nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt), 2 Stühle, Wäscheständer, Putzsachen, Herd und WLAN – es war alles da. Wir haben tatsächlich nichts vermisst. Der nächste Lebensmittelladen ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (einfach in der Straße auf der Rückseite). Die Einheimischen gaben mir den Tipp, den Parkplatz dort auch zum Parken zu nutzen. Wichtig: Gemeint ist der offene Parkplatz direkt gegenüber dem Geschäft, nicht das Parkhaus. Es ist sonst fast unmöglich, in der Gegend einen freien, kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden. Aber Achtung: Zwar ist nur an einem Wochentag Markt, aber der Parkplatz ist sowohl an diesem Markttag als auch sonntags komplett gesperrt. Man kann dann weder hinein- noch herausfahren. Entweder verzichtet man dann aufs Auto oder parkt es an diesen Tagen woanders. Die Straße runter zum Strand (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg) ist ein großer Platz, wo man sein Auto ebenfalls kostenlos abstellen kann. Das haben wir an den besagten Tagen gemacht. Zum Ausladen kann man aber auch kurz gegenüber der Wohnung stehen. Zur Lage: Man ist weit ab vom Stadtzentrum, kommt aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 20 Minuten fast überall hin; die Haltestellen sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben später erfahren, dass die Gegend an sich einen eher schlechten Ruf hat, aber wir haben uns zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit dort bewegt und uns sicher gefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig, man wird also nachts und morgens nicht von Lärm geweckt. Auch bei Fragen gab es sehr zeitnah Antworten vom Vermieter, er hatte uns sogar vorab schon auf den Markttag aufmerksam gemacht. Sollt

Местоположение, кондиционер, без контактный чек ин, чистота. Я РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ВАМ ИМЕННО ЭТОТ ВАРИАНТ! Вы не пожалеете, минусы совсем не значительны! Там был Утюг с приспособлениями для него. Хороший фен Кухонная посуда, ножи, приборы

Отсутствие стиральной машины. (Действительно не хватало, так как после моря много вещей в соли) Отсутствие smart tv (иногда вечером скучно, или даже проблема в том что не включить нормальную музыку) Неудобные подушки для сна. (Слишком воздушные слишком мягкие)

La limpieza excelente y la ubicación perfecta ya que está a 15 minutos andando al puerto y está todo lo que necesitas a mano; sitios para desayunar, mercadona, tiendas…

Debajo de una de las ventanas pegada a la cama hay una cristalera que no se puede tapar ni con persiana ni con cortinas, y al hacerse de día da bastante la luz, pero aún así la estancia fue totalmente cómoda y cumplió nuestras expectativas, sin duda está muy bien.

Es un apartamento cómodo y limpio, lo que hace que la estancia sea agradable. A pesar de estar a pie de calle no es muy ruidoso y parece seguro.

Quizá no contar con una forma clara de contactar con el personal en caso de necesitar algo o resolver dudas durante la estancia. No fue el caso porque tanto el checkin como el checkout y la estancia fue bien.
