Loved it and I would definitely come back

Amazing location, very well equipped apartament and very clean.

Both the flat and the building keys need to be jiggled for a minute before you can enter the doors. I got used to them during my 6-days stay, but for the first few times, I thought we are stuck out. Although overall it was a quiet location, every morning at 5.30 - 6.00 AM a different bin lorry would come by the window to collect the rubbish. Kind of annoying as it wasn't too quick.

Exceptional

The apartment is located very close to the port and beach, so you can walk to the beach in 10 min. Bus and Metro station are close. The apartment is simple, but comfortable and clean. Restaurants and shops available nearby. The host gave us all instructions that we asked for, he was very nice. In general we were very pleased! Good apartment!

It is a little bit noisy in the night beacause of the restaurant nearby.

Great location. Lovely walks and food

The location was excellent with a view of the marina. It was close to the beach but easy access to city by tram. The area, Cabanyal, has excellent restaurants and nightlife and we followed David's recommendations.

It is a city location so the usual noise of the city applies and that was ok.

Old-time character nicely updated

A great find! Location is close to beaches, yet one block away is a tram stop. The tram takes four minutes to the Marítims metro station. From there, Metro Line 5 takes one all the way to the airport. Unbelievably convenient. Also on Line 5 are the important downtown stops: Colón, Xàtiva, and Àngel Guimerà. Marìtims is close enough where one can walk to it in it in ten minutes in a straight shot down Marià Cuber street. (Apartment is on corner of La Barraca and Marià Cuber.) The beaches are in the other direction not far away. Plenty of taxis in the area, too. About the place. It's a stately, older apartment that has been updated nicely. I was delighted by its style, character, and tall ceilings. Yes, it has balconies, with tall glass doors and neat wooden shutters. On a practical note, it has all appliances including washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Always helpful to reduce packing.

Everything was fine for me. Of the three bedrooms; I chose the interior one that was the quietest. This is not downtown, so it gets quieter faster in the late evenings--a big plus. However, in Spain one should bring ear plugs no matter where one goes. The three bedrooms can accommodate a lot of people, but all will need to share one bathroom. Not a negative, but could be a deal-breaker for some people.

Nice & cozy retro

David was very helpful, we communicated before arrival & he was waiting for us near the house. The apartment is big, "old styled" but bright & very lovely. In the kitchen You have everything You need & even more - all kind of dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, oil.... & You have a nice dining room :) , unfortunately we used it for breakfasts only. Internet connection was very good. The beach ( & restos ) & a local market are quite closed, only 10 minutes to walk. There are guite a lot of tapas places in the "barrio", but if You want something more than tapas, wine & beer you should take a walk to the beach promenade ( or we didnt managed to found a resto nearby). The neighborhood is very lovely, with small colored houses.

It was quite hard to find a supermarket, called Google maps for help :), Lidl is not far away. The bathroom is a bit small, it is ok for 2, but for a big company ...well... make a shower schedule :) .
