Poca luce , c è una sola finestra che è ad altezza strada , non si può cambiare l aria , però si vede dalle foto

Good location for getting to the beach and metro into the city.

Only one main window/door so difficult to get natural air and sunshine in. But we thought that would be the case from the pictures so no big deal.

This is a lovely ground floor apartment so perfect if you have a buggy like we did, it had all the facilities we needed. The best thing about this property is the owner and Sandra. Sandra was always available at the end of the phone and answered all our questions. The host also sent us recommendations of where to eat which we tried her breakfast recommendations and Doux Amer was amazing. We also left our daughter’s precious teddy and the owner has posted it for us! Location is great if you just plan to be on the beach as it’s a 5 minute walk. It’s close to a tram stop and bus stop which we used to go into the centre

The only downside to this property is its all open planned with no walls separating the beds so there was nowhere quiet that we could put the baby down for a sleep

La prima cosa è sicuramente l’odore forte di fogna che nonostante i profumatori non va via! Poi era probabilmente un magazzino prima perché non ha finestre né balconi essendo al piano terra, ha solo una porta d’entrata con una finestra attaccata con vetro che non si vede né dentro né fuori. Sicuramente il prezzo é assolutamente eccessivo per il mini appartamentino.
