Macflats Valencia Puerto

Location was excellent. Central to everything but quiet and safe. The character and spaciousness of the apartment. Two excellent tapas/restaurants close by. Also an excellent bicycle hire place. Easy to get to the beach and the city.

The shower was okay but needs an update I think.

The property was very easy to find, close to various bus stops and an easy walking distance from the beach. We rented bicycles and had lots of fun cycling everywhere, even to the city, through the park. The apartment was very comfortable, with great airconditioning that you could feel but not hear, a little balcony, a washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and lots of mirrors. The master bed was really big and very comfortable, and the foldout couch beds were also pretty good. We had plenty of towels, and even found a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival, which was great because we hadn’t done any shopping yet. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we ever come back to Valencia!

If I have to mention something it’s that there weren’t any bowls, and it’s an apartment for 4 people and we were 5 so not enough plates or chairs. But that’s not the property’s fault.

The space, the beds, the location, the accessibility and the cleanliness. You get everything in a supermarket in about 200 mts which remains open till 1 am. Great support staff coordination.

The kitchen could have had a few more stuff like oven mittens, tongs etc.

The apartment was fairly close to the beach promenade area, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really appreciated having a washing machine. While the building could get noisy when people were coming and going, it was perfectly quiet at night.

The unit is VERY dark - there is not enough natural light. The couches were extremely uncomfortable, and the dining room chairs were flimsy. There were no blackout curtains in the bedroom, so we had to hang the only blanket over the curtain rod. While there is air conditioning, it is not central, so it did get a bit warm. The bed linens were lower quality, but plenty of towels were provided.
