The location of the accommodation is good, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it is in a quiet area.

When we arrived, the apartment was not very clean. There was a lot of hair around the apartment and some ants on the living room floor. We informed the owner, and the apartment was cleaned properly the next day. Also, the living room window does not close properly, so the noise from the street is louder than it should be.

Location was excellent. Central to everything but quiet and safe. The character and spaciousness of the apartment. Two excellent tapas/restaurants close by. Also an excellent bicycle hire place. Easy to get to the beach and the city.

The shower was okay but needs an update I think.

I dont know where to start and how to explain without hurting anyone, however, this was the worst experience for me in the sense that the property management were not helpful with anything at all. No flexibility, no help, even no toilet papers enough to cover our stay. We arrived in Valencia early in the morning, we requested early check-in. Even if they said that they’re going to try that, and let us know; there was no notification about the check-in. We have to spend all afternoon outside, and came back to check in 17.00 as we were not notified. Similarly, we told them about our exceptional case , kindly requested for 1 hour late check-out, of course this was also not possible with some pretexes. With 3 toilet paper rolls, we were expected to stay 5 nights 3 people, they promised that they’ll bring it, it was not possible because there were nobody right there at that moment. They promised it’s going to be given next day, nobody came and left anything for us. We bought our own toilet paper not to be dependent on them anymore. Nobody at the office to contact for 3 days as well. It was a total disappointment.
