Playa Apartment

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie można dostać sie na piechotę, a jak trzeba dojechać dalej to przystanek metra bardzo blisko.

Brakuje dziennego światła przez folie na oknach. Trzeba liczyć sie z dochodzącym hałasem z ulicy.

The location was very convenient: opposite a tram stop and very close to multiple bus stops. Getting into the property was very easy via whatsapp with the owner, who unlocked it remotely. 20 minute walk to a beach. The apartment felt very clean and had all the amenities we could want, including coffee makers AND all the coffee was provided, along with a couple of bottles of water. We didn't really cook but there was even cooking oil etc in the cupboard, if we had needed it. Bed and sofa bed were big and comfy. Washing machine the perfect size for a holiday. Plenty of nice shower gel, shampoo and toilet rolls. Air con was good. I went with my 18 and 21 year old and we would all definitely recommend this as a good place to stay for a visit to Valencia.

Could be a bit noisy at night/early morning.

Mooi 1 kamer appartement op goede locatie. Appartement is schoon, fijne douche. Tram stopt in de straat. Strand op loopafstand, supermarkt vlakbij.

Erg gehorig, wat 's nachts enige overlast gaf. Zowel geluiden van buiten als de koelvriescombinatie die in de ruimte staat. Er is geen afwasmachine.

The kitchen was very nice, it had all utilities and appliances (microwave, small oven, stove, fridge) required in case you were up to making your own dinner. It even has a washing machine. But we didn't make use of the appliances, as we mostly used the apartment for sleeping. We just used the espresso machine for our morning coffee which was great. We loved the bathroom and the walk in shower. It was up to date and spotless and it always smelled great. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap in case you didn't bring your own. It was also great that a hair dryer was available. Location: we loved the location of the small apartment as it was perfectly connected to the tram (which heads to the beaches), subway (which gets you to the city center, e.g. mercado central, Airport etc.), and even Valencias own city bicycle network. Neighbourhood: you have several great restaurants, bars in close vicinity and a supermarket. This was really great.

The bed and the couch, cushions and blankets. Unfortunately, the bed is really not suitable for sleeping. We tried sleeping on the pull out couch instead but that was also not comfortable. Also, we didn't like that all the cushions and blankets are made out of 100% polyester. This is quite crucial, especially when it gets hot in summers and you don't want to soak your bed during the night. The AC will not rescue you. If the bed would have been appropriate with non polyester cushions and blankets, this apartment would have been a clear 10 out of 10. As we stayed for over 9 nights, we had to substract 4 points as we did not get any good night rests.
