Spacious and comfy flat for a big group of visitors

The location is superb: 7 minutes from the Estación Nord and a metro station. It takes some walking to reach La Ciudad de Ciencias y Artes. We came for the marathon so it was very comfortable to do a small warm up (2,5km) to the start. The flat is spacious and has a terrace, big living room with a dining space. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The house is located right in front of a "party" place of drunkards. Some very drunk and noisy people regularly got together in front of a 24/7 place across the road. They shouted and laughed. As the street is narrow, the sound multiplied. I wouldn't be able to sleep without earplugs even with the closed window. I would add some durable goods to the kitchen, like salt and sugar. I'm quite OK with buying my own food including spaghetti and oatmeals but buying a huge pack of salt to use it once or twice seems too excessive for a tourist. The main bathroom stinks. The smell comes from the tubes and I've seem other reviews complaining about it. So the smell is still there :) You can perfectly live with it but it's kind of strange for such a nice and modern flat.

Disappointed

During heavy rainfall, water was streaming out of the roof. We could no longer sleep in the bedroom, and all our belongings got soaked. The accommodation did not offer any solution that evening and told us to contact them the next day. When we did, our calls kept getting disconnected, and eventually, they stopped answering altogether. After I submitted my complaint to Booking.com, we received a proposal for a refund. We accepted this, but to this day, we have not received anything. We managed to get our deposit back with great difficulty, but we never received any form of apology for our wet belongings or for the fact that we could not sleep in our bed on the last night. We are very disappointed.

Very good

The apartment is really well located, it has air-conditioning in every room and the pictures reflect perfectly its size. The terrace is big enough to truly spend time there, and the whole place is really clean.

However, he mattress located in the "upper-room" is not exactly made for two adults, it's a little bit smaller than the others. Also, the Wifi didn't work during our stay of 6 days and it was hard to reach our contact who didn't manage to fix it.
