The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location for exploring the different parts of Valencia (the metro stations Colón and Russafa as well as bus lines headed toward the beach are only a couple of minutes away). We were a group of two families (4 adults, 4 small children) and the apartment was well suited for our various needs and waking hours: 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a very comfortable couch in the front living room to relax on during late nights or crack-of-dawn play sessions. As we were traveling with infants, we also requested in advance a baby cot and high chair, which were provided with no trouble.
The kitchen had a good stock of equipment (pots, pans, baking dishes, nespresso-compatible coffee maker) with which we were able to make meals at home. The apartment is within short walking distance to multiple grocery stores (the Mercadona one street over was our favorite for everyday shopping). There are also plenty of bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity for when you want to skip home-cooked meals. In general, the apartment is very conveniently located: a 10-15 minute walk gets you to the shopping district and city center; under 20 minutes you can reach the long park curving around the city along the former Turia riverbed; and within minutes you can find yourself meandering through the restaurants and bars of Russafa.
The on-site washing machine and drying rack were absolute lifesavers for our families! Knowing we would have access to a machine, I packed a bit of laundry detergent, but if you forget, the Mercadona or any other nearby grocery store has all you need in terms of supplies.
Overall, the apartment was a perfect oasis and home base in the middle of the beautiful city of Valencia.
