Nobody was there to meet us. There was no orientation. The floor has not been thoroughly cleaned. There were numerous dark spots ( accumulation of dirt) on the sides. The underneath of the furnitures are dirty...not cleaned at all. Overall, it was not worth the 150.00 cleaning fee we paid for this apartment.

We had a pleasant stay and felt that this accommodation offers good value for money. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore Valencia, and it worked well for our family with two children. The apartment is not luxurious, but it is clean, functional, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host/manager was especially kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. Overall, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place in a good location with excellent communication and support, we would definitely recommend it.

The entrance door is very loud every time it is opened or closed, and when the maintenance staff are working on the ground floor, the noise carries throughout the building. If you’re a light sleeper or planning to rest during the day, this is something to keep in mind.

Wasser war immer heiß und wenn man kalt gestellt. Hat war der Wasser drück schwächer aber sonnt top wenn ma kalt duschen will wird das Wasser halt weniger

We had a wonderful stay and only the best impressions of this apartment. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby, including shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts were always helpful and ready to assist with any questions. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit Valencia.
