Peaceful stay amongst contrast and beauty

The location was good and the buses to get into the old or new quarters was really good With the location being between both railway stations it was great and between the old quarter of the town and the new architecture of the port area Supermarkets were close and good value and restaurants were many We’ll be back

Valencia in two days

Location to the Train station and Metro. About a 15 min walk to the old town area. We picked up a hire car from station when we left and it was easy from here.

You won’t get a good nights sleep!

The apartment itself was nicely renovated, new and clean.

The apartment was on the ground floor near the main door. It was so noisy! Both nights we were woken up by drunk people outside the window. We could also hear people in the other apartments leaving really early in the morning due to the front door being so loud. We were hoping for a weekend break to have some time to ourselves and catch up on sleep but we ended up leaving more tired than when we arrived. The curtain was also terrible and didn’t even fully cover the window so loads of light came in and we were woken up with the sun.

Convenient location and close to the train stations. Very easy access via lockbox and instructions. Good size room and handy kitchenette

The property is very noisy. You can clearly hear the other guests arriving and leaving and talking in their rooms. The shower wall attachment was loose and kept falling off whilst showering

Sleepless nights due to noise

Wifi was very fast - in fact, we were able to work from the hotel. The facility location is good and the facility is not that bad

The problem is that the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms. We could literally hear steps from the room on the side. Plus, the rooms are on the ground floor and the acoustic insolation to the external is horrible, so every person who walked by screaming woke us up

Good for a quick trip

The hotel is new and clean. The location is fine, near the station and not too close nor far away from the centre. There is no staff at the facility, everything was online, but that caused no problems. The staff was readily available via WhatsApp.

The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. I would give a higher vote if they changed mattress. The room was facing the street, so it could get a bit noisy at times at night. The shower is in the room, which is not a problem for a couple but could be for two friends.

Smell in bathroom, think from the drain They changed the code to get in through the main door without letting us know. We couldn't get in. After a while they did reply through WhatsApp though to let us know the new code (around 11pm)

Nice boutique hotel in convenient location

The hotel's location was terrific. Only a short walk from both Valencia's main train stations making it very easy to wheel our luggages to the train. The Bailen metro station is even closer to get to. The staff answered all our questions readily. The common areas and our room was very clean and looks just as pictured.

The basic room is pretty small so you'd have to be creative if you have large suitcases.

location. right next to a metro station, walking distance from the Joaquin Sorolla station too if you're coming in by train. notably a newly renovated place. good kitchen and dining area.

Excellent location and check-in experience, awful sound insulation and uncomofrtable beds.

The property's location is excellent, close to the central train station, bus station, metro station, and city center. It was really easy to pick up the keys on arrival and the Android TV and good aircon were welcomed for our lengthy stay. Communication with the host was easy, polite, and precise, and amenities such as iron, hair-dryer, microwave, and teapot were very useful.

Sound insulation was non-existent. The guests next to us were particularly noisy during the night with constant yelling, screaming, and knocking all around the room that could be heard as if it was on our own. Towels were not changed regularly, only on our special request after 5 days. The floor was not adequately wiped and cleaned during our stay (9 nights) and the "system" of the separated shower, toilet and bidet are not really practical. The bed was too soft and not very comfortable. The sheets were not changed at all.

Shower is in room. Maybe an opaque door rather than clear. No towel rail hooks. Absolutely minor issues
