Clean and newly furnished, but uncomfortable, stuffy, and with poor communication from the host

The accommodation was relatively clean and the location was convenient. However, the street was quite noisy at night and often filled with suspicious people, which made it feel less comfortable.

Although the furniture was relatively new, the place seemed like it used to be a shop or storage space. There were no real windows, and the only part that could be opened were small doors facing a busy street. The room was very stuffy, and the ventilation couldn’t be turned off and was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep, especially at night.

Una estadía agradable y si problemas, algunas mejoras menores pero en general lo recomendaría y volvería sin dudarlo

El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, es un espacio amplio y fresco con todo lo necesario si deseas cocinar ahí mismo. Está relativamente cerca de muchos sitios importantes de l ciudad (1-2kms) y tiene un supermercado y farmacia muy cerca

Creo que quizá tener alguna cortina blackout en las ventanas y puerta principal sería beneficioso ya que a pesar de tener un bloqueo en el cuarto seguía estando muy claro el espacio, por la cantidad de dias también tuvimos que comprar papel de baño y una de las cobijas parecía tener una especie de pelo d gato. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba ( para calefacción) sin embargo nos dieron un calentador de conectar que nos funcionó

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und passend, um Valencia zu entdecken.

Sehr ruhig gelegen mit guter Anbindung an den Bus Richtung Zentrum. Für jüngere Leute, die in Russafa abends ausgehen wollen, ideal gelegen.

Die Dauerbelüftung war ziemlich laut und ließ sich nachts nicht abstellen. Außerdem sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass es sich um ein Ladenlokal handelt, das gut für Wohnzwecke umgerüstet wurde. Allerdings sind die Scheiben komplett mit Folie beklebt, sodass man nicht mal mitbekommt wie das Wetter ist.

Séjour à Valence en Loft

Loft spacieux, neuf et bien entretenu. Avec le nécessaire si besoin. Qualité de literie parfaite, propreté rien à redire. Facilité d'accès. Et surtout gros plus : communication avec l'hote hyper simple et réactif : merci !

un peu frais dans la salle de bain, pas de chauffage mis à part une climatisation mais vu la hauteur sous plafond toute la chaleur reste stocké vers le haut, donc à réfléchir un système d'appoint pour au moins chauffé un peu la salle de bain. Localisation correcte, il faut aimer marcher à 20 min de l'hypercentre de Valence
