Le logement est propre, neuf, moderne, avec climatisation, les hôtes sont facilement joignables, le Wifi fonctionne bien, il y a tout ce qu’il faut (lave vaisselle, machine à laver) et même savon, liquide vaisselle, cafetière…
Le manque de fenêtres et de lumière naturelle, c’est un lieu très sombre ! Il faut vraiment passer son temps à l’extérieur pour découvrir Valencia.

Si tratta di una serie di monolocali al piano terra. Appartamento pulito, comodo al centro (raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti a piedi) e con varie linee bus nelle immediate vicinanze e proprio di fronte un supermercato ben rifornito. All' interno tutto l' occorrente per il soggiorno: stoviglie, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, clima. Apertura porta d'ingresso tramite link. Bagno spazioso e letto comodo
L'insonorizzazione era scarsa e si sentiva quando passava qualcuno fuori. Mancanza di ganci per gli asciugamani e presenza di un piccolo bastone con alcune gruccie come armadio. Non ho gradito il divano tutto macchiato che andrebbe sostituito. Forse abbiamo sbagliato noi ad impostare ma la caldaia doveva essere accesa ogni volta per avere l'acqua calda (anche se in pochi minuti la scaldava)

Muy accesible al ser una planta baja, íbamos con un carrito de bebé y eso lo facilitaba todo bastante. El apartamento está reformado recientemente y estaba todo moderno.
En las fotos aparenta bastante más grande de lo que es. Es bastante pequeño y al incluir una cuna para una niña todo estaba bastante justo para abrir maletas y demás.
