Good location near bus stops and trains, comfortable, quiet at night, safe, located near food prescindir and the Ruzafa Market. Staff were very attentive and responded accordingly.
No extra towels, not enough bathroom amenities like soap, etc, and no all kitchen pots worked on the induction-stove.

El orden, la limpieza, la comodidad del baño, de la habitación con un colchón excelente y un espacio de cocina y estar muy bueno.

La decoración y la atención rápida por chat.
Me confirmaron que podía hacer checkin a partir de las 15h, llego al apto a las 15.30h y me recibe la señora de la limpieza diciéndome que aún le quedan 30min porque ella tenía indicado que llegábamos a las 16h. Muy poco profesional. Además el sifón del lavabo perdía agua y me dejaron un cubo de fregona debajo para recoger el agua. Ese sifón no perdió agua justo en ese momento y prefirieron asegurarse mi alojamiento antes que arreglarlo. Tuve que contactar con ellos porque la red wifi no existía y además el sofá cama era malísimo, sin relleno ni mullido, fue como doemir encima de una tabla con hierros. Si vuelvo a Valencia, no repetiré
