The property was mostly clean and well-located

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the flat was so noisy, both with outside noise and people in the building dragging suitcases down the stairs at all hours. The building was hard to find, and we weren't given the floor number, so we spent a while trying to find the apartment. The apartment itself was cold and dark.

The location was excellent, right in the center of the city. The apartment was clean and spacious, definitely worth a return visit. Sandra was helpful, keeping us well informed of the service details for our stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable, perfect for couples or families

Great location, lots of light, very centric, restaurants, the market, terraces, bars and a taxi stop just beside. Apartment was very clean with all the amenities necessary. Easy access with their key system. Management was very quick to reply.

Can be a bit noisy but if you want to stay in such a centric area it is normal.

Good except for elevators

Was great location, nice and clean

Unfortunately on Friday night it appears some people went out partying and broke both elevators. They were fixed on Saturday afternoon but the same thing happened again Saturday night which meant we had to carry all our suitcases down by hand 4 stories and stroller/toddler on checkout. The elevators seem very unreliable despite there being two in the building.

A perfect location in the city centre. AC is very efficient. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Sandra from FlatsForYou is always quick to reapond.

It can be quite noisy at nights till early hours, especially on weekends.

The location was great, right in the center, loads nearby. hosts very kind, helpful with check-in and it was all very clean

Really nice apartment in an exceptional location

Location is exceptional. So central to everything. The weather was extremely hot - having a place to go back to right in the centre of everything was vital to the enjoyment of our holiday. Apartment itself is nicely decorated and equipped. Aircon is very effective. Great shower! Pretty comfortable for 3 people - it would be VERY nice for two! We intend to return to Valencia soon and hope to stay in the same place. Enough said!

Anyone sleeping in the sitting room doesn't have storage space for their clothes etc. A little noisy at times at night and first thing in the morning but that's to be expected in a city centre. Some things are getting close to needing to be updated.

We stayed for one night. The apartment had a double bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge, kettle, items to cook with if needed, TVs in the front room and bedroom. Fantastic location, very close to the city centre.

The only issue is not being able to park outside the property but once we found parking there were no issues.

Very central located, with everything needed for a few days stay with kids. Very comfortable beds, Apartment number 2 with great view of Valencia.

Spacious appartment just in the city center.

The location was perfect, just few minutes from the Xantiva metro station, bus station, just in the very city center, very close to Market, restaurants and bars. Turist center very close and also small grocery shop.

the viuw from the windows was insight the buildings so not good. windows were broken and get not properly lock out. little bit cold inside in kitchen and living room, in the bedrooms it was ok. The walls were thin, we heard the neibourgh.

The location of the apartment was brilliant, very close to nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to most attractions. Wifi and TV were good and the living areas furniture was nice.

The building was a little dated and drafty. The appliances need updating. The bathroom, although clean, was a little dated, cold and unwelcoming.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was cozy and great for a family with two small kids. Location is great, lots of attractions, caffes and shops nearby. Bus and metro stations are also near.

The area is quite noisy, which is to be expected of such a central location, but also the people living/staying in apartments in the same building we very loud. Partying at night, coming and going loudly in the middle of the night etc.

it was in the middle of Valencia. everything is walking distance. it is super cheap as well and has a lot of closet space.

the linens were not there. we needed 3 and only got 2. also it was not a real blanket with an inside but just layered on top of each other. the cleaning lady walked in at 10.00 the day of the check-out, even though check-out is at 12.00, which was a bit unpleasant.
