Die Lage war optimal, mitten im Zentrum, sämtliche notwendige Shops in näherer Umgebung. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten hin nur sehr kurze Wege. Das Apartment hatte alles notwendige an Ausstattung
Die Sauberkeit im Apartment war wünschenswert. Alles, was täglich verwendet wird, war schmuddelig, abgegriffen und wurde schon lange nicht gereinigt. Der Duschvorhang ist aus Stoff. Dass dieser Nass wird lässt sich kaum vermeiden. Im nassen Zustand stinkt dieser sehr ekelhaft. Der Geschirrspüler wurde seit Monaten nicht gereinigt und hat trotz waschen aus dem Inneren gestunken. Wasserkocher und Backofen hätten ebenfalls gereinigt gehört.
