Quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom – 2 bathrooms apartment located on a quiet pedestrian street in the very heart of Valencia City's downtown. Very close to the Town Hall sq that you will see from the sitting room window.
The apartment is beautifully furnished with the latest Italian design furniture. It has a very quick Wifi internet access (50MB), Air Conditioning in the whole apartment and traditional cuisine full equipped (microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine), where you can enjoy the most wonderful vacations in Valencia.

Great location on a pedestrian street, plenty of beds, nice view from the living room windows. Washer/dryer was a little confusing to operate, even though the host gave us a quick tutorial, we were exhausted from traveling and weren’t really paying attention.

Spacious apartment in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean, bedrooms were quietly isolated away from the street noise, and the location was excellent for walking to all the major parks and attractions in the old section of Valencia. We really appreciated the 6 nights we stayed.We recommend to the host that she provides instructions in the unit for operating appliances (like the washer/dryer and dishwasher) and the a/c so guests can use them efficiently. If any amenity, like a tv, needs special instructions to connect and operate, they should also be provided. Please include any exit requirements so your guests can plan their final day. In all the VRBOs we have stayed around the world, such information has been included in the language of the guest.Again, our appreciation to the host for a great experience.

The central air conditioning, two bathrooms, and walkable location - just off the plaza— were perfect for a summer visit to Valencia with our adult kids. We were three minutes from the Valencia Nord train station. Shopping and dining were outside our door and we always felt safe. The large windows with electric shades were fantastic. The primary bed was not comfortable at all, it’s probably time for a new mattress.

We could not have stayed in a more perfect spot in Valencia. So easy to access from the Valencia train station and the metro access was steps away. Easy to walk and ride anywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating

My family of 5 ( kids ages 8-4) had a great time in Valencia. The apartment was as described and provided a nice spot for us to stay. Great location- easy access to pubic transportation, walkable and near a bunch of restaurants. The hosts provided some great food and activity recommendations in a book they left about Valencia. Because it’s a busy section of the city, it was a little noisy. Would recommend staying here. .

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Valencia. The unit was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Communication with the host was easy. Most of the places we wanted to experience were within a short walk from the unit. We even ventured on foot to the City of Arts and Sciences. Valencia has such a cool vibe and you really feel right in the middle of it all when staying here. We highly recommend this unit if you want to be close to everything Valencia has to offer.

The apartment is right in the middle of the Old town amongst all the hustle & bustle. We were contacted on the day by the cleaner Raquel who let us get into the apartment 2 hours earlier which was very helpful and straight away she got myself a beer & my daughter an ice-cream so that was a very nice welcome. The apartment is laid out well and has everything you could possibly need including air-con. Even though the street below is very busy especially at night time once you close the door to the bedrooms you can't hear a thing. Overall it is a fantastic apartment and I would 100% stay here again.

This apartment is ideally located on a street with lots of restaurants and shops. It is a short walk to many places we enjoyed. Because the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment, the noise from the nightlife didn’t bother us. Pilar was a wonderful host, who quickly responded to questions and made check-in easy. The only problem was that the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. In retrospect, I should have noted that the listing did not mention a no smoking policy. That’s my fault. The smell permeated everything in the apartment, even our clean clothes. Lesson learned.

The apartment is really in the middle of everything. Everything is on walking distance. Lot’s of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Also a supermarket is nearby. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The beds are for Spanish meaning really spacious. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and always a quick reply. Also a big advantage is the metro station Xativa is really very close.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this property. The location is great for tourists. It is within walking distance to major historic sites and museums. There are several bus stops and a metro station minutes away. The outside street is busy with several restaurants and coffee shops but inside the apartment it is quiet. The beds are comfortable and we were not bothered by any outside noise. The second bedroom is small but 2 adults had no problem sleeping there. Check in was easy. We had no trouble finding the apartment. Raquel met us at the apartment and showed us around. She was very friendly and helpful. I would stay in this apartment again if we make it back to Valencia.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Pilar is an excellent host. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and the location could not be better. It was a trip to celebrate my 60th with one of my closes girlfriend. The whole trip was magical … the apartment was perfect. The location , the size and having the main bedroom in the way back helped with the noise . I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment . We spent 2 lovely days in Valencia visiting our son who was studying there. The apartment was in a perfect location to everything - food, train stations, shops, etc. Lots of people and energy all the time in the neighborhood and we always felt safe. The apartment is roomy with everything we needed. Rachel who cleans the apartment was friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Pilar was responsive to all our inquiries leading up to our arrival and throughout our stay. Thank you for a lovely time in your lovely city!

The apartment is perfectly located in a great area steps away from Valencia Nord train station and a taxi stand at the end of the street towards the station. Cafes and restaurants line the street, however you don’t hear any noise from the bedrooms. Air conditioning worked well, plus it was nice to have a washer/dryer to do some laundry. The lift was great as we had heavy suitcases and could not have lifted them up the stairs. Raquel met us on time at the front door and was great at explaining everything. House was clean and had all we needed although we spent most of our time walking as Valencia is a beautiful city with lots of walkable roads

Nice property, 4th floor, good view. Elevator, large and nice living room. The 2 bedrooms are quite small (no easy passage between the wall and the bed. Not a choice if you have troubles in walking or on a wheelchair). The 2 bathrooms do not have a window and so does the kitchen (non window there too). We had lost our keys apt and we had to solve the problem all by ourselves (no real help from the tenant or the assistant to the tenant). Nevertheless, Valencia is a great city, very green and family friendly, higlhly recommended. :-)

This apartment is in an incredible location; we were able to walk most places, otherwise we caught the nearby Metro (at the end of the block!). Tons of restaurants, shops, and people-watching opportunities! The apartment was beautifully decorated. While the plaza below was always full of life, we never had any issues with noise inside. The property manager, Rachel, was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including directions to several places around the city. I'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Nice, clean rental but extremely hard to find. No door number on main property door or room door. Not the best part of town but within walking distance to a better area. Sheets felt like sandpaper but everything else was comfortable. Wifi info was incorrect but got an immediate reply when I contacted the owner.

The property is clean, well maintained and in a great central location within walking distance to the city's main attractions and good restaurants and bars. The owner, Pilar and the cleaner, Raquel are both very friendly and helpful, Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.
