Nothing really! We were lucky not to get a room near the bins you read on some reviews, as the smell can be a bit yuckie outside. But the apartment is very sealed off, and the air conditioner is great, so I don't see the issue.

Super friendly host! Our flight was delayed so we didn’t get to the apartment until 11 PM and couldn’t find it, but she picked up the phone right away and helped us find our way.

The entrance is right next to the bins, which is a bit annoying, but overall everything else was fine.

El apartamento estaba genial, era limpio, espacio y con todas las comodidades, incuido menaje para la cocina. Llegué sin problemas, la localización me venía perfecta para mi trabajo. Los anfitriones muy amables, incluso me llevaron una plancha y respondieron mis dudas. Mi experiencia ha sido impresionante.

Comodidad y seguridad

Me gustó mucho la limpieza y estaba todo nuevo . La localización al lado de la estación . Estefanía fue un amor porque nos ayudó en todo momento . Además nos ayudó a dejar nuestras maletas mientras que esperábamos a que saliera nuestro tren . Sin duda volveremos a este apartamento si volvemos a Valencia .

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Struttura per ospiti dalle non grandi pretese

Struttura con arredamento moderno, fornito del minimo indispensabile. Distante dal centro, ma vicino a diverse fermate che ti portano in pochi minuti. Pulita (Scarafaggio a parte)

Appartamenti a piano terra, con affaccio sui bidoni dell’immondizia. Di notte sentivi schiamazzi di persone che si insultavano a vicenda. In entrambe le camere prenotate abbiamo trovato scarafaggi (Valencia ne è piena d’estate ). Sprovvista di lavatrice, lavastoviglie e fornelli.

El apartamento para ser un estudio tenía buen tamaño. Bien comunicado en transporte público con el centro

Por las rejillas de ventilación salía mucho olor a tabaco. La nevera no estaba limpia, cubo de basuras sin bolsa puestas, menaje del hogar escaso y sin tostador. Las toallas de baño son de un tamaño ridículo.

Recomendable

El apartamento es muy bonito, está completamente nuevo y bastante bien equipado, incluso nos dejaron café y azúcar como regalo ( dispone de cafetera Dolce Gusto). La cama es muy cómoda (aunque el sofá cama no tanto.), y está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. Caminando a la estación del Norte se tarda sólo unos 20 minutos y hay un supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina. El personal además se moteó atento y resolutivo en todo momento. Relación precio considero que ha sido una buena elección y probablemente volvería a hospedarme en este apartamento.

El apartamento es un local que han reformado como vivienda, con lo cual está a pie de calle. Eso hace que se oiga absolutamente a todo el que pasa por la calle ( por suerte es una zona bastante tranquila), y que tengas poca privacidad (sólo una cortina gruesa en el ventanal). En nuestro caso, además, nos tocó el apartamento 4, que tiene delante justo los contenedores, con lo cual tampoco podíamos casi ni ventilar el espacio, porque entraba mal olor.
