Spacious, modern apartment.

It was a nice, spacious apartment, very modern and well-maintained.

The app to unlock the door is frustrating to figure out. We were in Valencia visiting friends and were told they couldn't enter the apartment, or we'd be charged per person.

The tv had on Spanish channels ( which is to be accepted) but it would have been nice to be able to access Netflix

Poor customer service

Nice location close to the railway station and city centre. Huge apartment with 3 rooms and 2 toilets. Everything you might need for a short stay.

Buggy, tiresome and unnecessary check-in process. Cheap IKEA, very basic furniture inside not worth the money they charge for. When requested an additional 15 minutes to delay the checkout, it was rejected. 5 minutes before the checkout time the cleaning personnel were knocking on the door. Very inflexible and rude

It was clean and spacious. Had detergent, washing up liquid, soap, apices, and a folder with clear instructions on how everything works

You were not allowed to have anyone else in the flat without having to pay a fee for having an extra guest, not even to borrow the toilet.

Great property, well furnished, clean and very comfortable!

Well furnished, clean, very spacious and well presented - one of the few apartments that actually is as shown in the pictures. Air conditioner works well. Good functional dishwasher and washing machine and kitchen is well provided. Very clean and well kept bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Gaining access on check-in was easy and straight forward. Good proximity to local shops etc.

Everything in the apartment was excellent. For a couple of things that we needed or needed to know where they were, the hosts were highly responsive and super helpful. Parking is a problem if you have a car and it can take quite a while to find

I honestly recommend

Very good accommodation option in Valencia. Spacious, new, well equipped apartment, located close to Patraix metro station. Much better and comfortable than a normal hotel.

If I had to be really picky I would say that the pillows could be a bit firmer ;)

Fantastisch

Echt een heel ruim appartement met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Genoeg servies, pannen, zitgelegenheid enzovoort. Inchecken gaat heel gemakkelijk. Alles wordt op alles gezet om de veiligheid te waarborgen. De locatie is prima! Wij hadden fietsen gehuurd waardoor we binnen tien minuten bij Mercado Central en binnen vijftien minuten bij Ciudad de las Arts y las Ciencias waren. Kortom, de perfecte thuisbasis voor een fantastische vakantie!

De bedden waren iets te klein, waardoor we schuin moesten liggen. Je kan niet met meer dan 2 personen op het balkon zitten (wij waren met 2).
