Wonderful stay in a great Valencia neighbourhood

The apartment is charming and really well equiped, the host left a very thoughful welcome basket with coffee pods, water, biscuits. They assisted us in booking the underground parking which is 1 min away from the doorstep. Great services in the neighbourhood, restaurants, pastry shop and take away food. A lovely coffee place downstairs with puffy croissants and great orange juice and coffee.

Nights are a bit noisy if you leave the windows open. The apartment has nothing to do with this.

Our stay was extremely pleasant.

The property was spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning was a blessing during the extremely hot weather. Provisions were provided The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. Public transport was available nearby and if you wanted to get the “steps “in . the property was a 20minute + walk to most of the sites and City centre.

It was pleasant and restful stay.

Antonio (the host) expecting us at the front door we supposed to check out at 11:00 when we leaving but our flight was late in the evening - Antonio kept our luggages in apartment till we left because no other guests arrived same day. The host is very helpful and nice person. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well climatized. pictures here are as is in real. Location is near Metro station and next to other two bus stops, close to the city center too.

We found the apartment to be a clean and comfortable stay away from home.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable, every bit as nice as the photos suggested. The location was also perfect, a short walk from the train station and right across the street from the market and close to restaurants and bars offering good food at reasonable prices.

We really have no complaints. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice big apartment. Two bathrooms were available. The kitchen had all one needs. Good location , less than 10 minutes walk from the subway.

The car park was very close but a bit expensive. It is however possible to register in advance with the parking app Apk2 and get a lower price.

La ubicación

Estaba muy viejo, sucio y tenía muchos desperfectos(algunos se arreglaron) pero había muchos que no. El día de llegada nos dicen que el aire acondicionado se ha estropeado que es una pieza que están esperando a que llegue pero que esperan que se solucione lo antes posible. Vamos no se coña una trompa porque cuando llegamos resulta que habían puesto aires acondicionado portátiles con salida a la calle( si fuera provisional no hubiesen agujereado la puerta de la terraza) con unos ventiladores, era un ruido insoportable.
