Good and cheap accommodation 1 km from the administrative center

We liked the spaciousness of the rooms, the cleanliness and the decor inside. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare meals and It was easy to get to and get the keys to get in. Comfortable beds too.

The apartment is located approximately 1 km from the Nord Station and Plaza de Toros, which requires a little more preparation to walk to the administrative or historic center. In addition, there is no private parking space if you are driving and street parking is extremely competitive, which makes it difficult to park your car near the apartment.

Reservamos para cinco personas y solo una de las habitaciones estaba cerrada con llave, así que uno de nosotros tuvo que dormir en el sofá. Aparcar es un poco complicado por esa zona.

El aire acondicionado y la cercanía respecto a la parada de metro y otros supermercados La decoración era bonita y portaban una buena televisión

Los cortes de luz constantes, falta de utensilios de cocina, poco espacio en el lavabo del baño, váter poco estable, sin apenas percheros para colgar la ropa mojada/toallas y la lavadora no funcionaba

Una pesadilla

El alojamiento estaba bien situado. La gestión penosa, llegamos en plena ola de calor. Se había puesto en contacto un tal Rafa. Cuando llegamos y no pudimos entrar (después de más de una hora intentándolo) le llamamos, escribimos por WhatsApp, le escribimos por Booking. Cuando conseguimos que nos contestase, le explicamos que viajábamos con 3 niños de 7,5, y 3 años, que por favor viniese lo antes posible que hacía 38° y los niños estaban muy cansados. Como no nos volvía a contestar, le volvimos a llamar. Nos dijo que le podían dar por el c**o a nosotros y a nuestros hijos, que iba a quitar la reserva y nos íbamos a quedar en la calle. Llamamos a la policía. Nos pusimos en contacto con booking y después de que la plataforma lo gestionase, de pronto no había pasado nada. Llamó a la chica de la limpieza que nos abrió muy amablemente . Una vergüenza. Espero que si es un trabajador sirva como buena muestra de su trabajo ejemplar. Si no, simplemente una demostración más de la gestión maravillosa de apartamentos gentrificados en ciudades turísticas.

Alojamiento básico

La ubicación está bien, como a 15m. caminando del centro. Hay muchos servicios en la zona: supermercados, cafeterías, paradas de metro,..... Las 2 camas de las habitaciones eran grandes y cómodas.

El alojamiento está a nivel de calle y se oye todo lo que ocurre en ella. El sofá cama está en pésimas condiciones para dormir. La cortina que tiene que oscurecer la estancia del salón donde duerme la persona que se acuesta en el sofá, es muy corta y no ocupa todo el ventanal. El baño es muy pequeño y algo peligroso para salir de la ducha, con un lavamanos minúsculo. En general, nos resultó un alojamiento austero y muy básico.

La limpieza no era adecuada, el sofá cama no tenía ropa de cama (no soy la primera persona que dice esto, a mí se excusaron en que pensando que éramos 3 compartiríamos cama) , no había champú, y desde fuera pueden verte, ya que es un bajo con cristal transparente y tienen una cortina ridícula que ni siquiera tapa todo. No volvería.

El alojamiento está muy bien, muy amplio. Céntrico , nosotros fuimos al teatro la Rambleta y está muy cerca. También estás en el centro a unos 20 minutos de todas las tiendas.Está limpio y muy bien cuidado..Tiene de todo aunque nosotros solo lo hemos utilizado para dormir.Jose muy atento y amable.
