A four day stay at New Year’s Eve

The flat is spacious, everything is new, the kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient - bus stops nearby, small restaurants in the neighborhood, supermarket in 50 meters.

Perfect stay for the Valencia Half Marathon

The location was great, only about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

really nice stay

The place is really nice, in a wonderful area, there are some terraces and good restaurants nearby at very affordable prices. 20-25 minutes to the city center. Large size, comfy beds, well equipped. The area is very safe and, although the place is at ground floor (which may be an inconvenient), is not noisy.

The ground floor level has some inconveniences as without the curtains everyone can see directly in the apartment. The bathroom does not have a fan or window. The TV, if you need it, can not be directed towards the bed.

El estudio-apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y bien equipado. Todo muy cuidado y nuevo, y la limpieza impecable. Buena ubicación, a 10 minutillos de la estación, en un barrio muy agradable. Y los anfitriones encantadores! Muchas gracias por todo!

We hebben perfect appartement gehad tijdens ons verblijf in Valencia centrum.

Bij aankomt op het vliegveld van Valencia via booking.com app een bericht gestuurd dat we onderweg zijn met de metro. We kregen direct contact met de host en bij aankomt bij het appartement was de host al aanwezig. We kregen goede uitleg over het appartement hoe alles werkt en waar alles staat, zeer fijn. Tegenover het appartement is een zeer grote supermarkt waar je alles kan kopen wat je nodig hebt. Het appartement is perfect en zeer schoon. Zeer goede bedden, airco/verwarming, fijne douche en zeer uitgebreide keuken met koffie automaat (dolce gusto) en vaatwasser magnetron en koelkast. Ook hebben we de host tijdens ons verblijf nog vragen kunnen stellen over de bus en metro. We hebben op het vliegveld een metro kaart gekocht "TUIN" en die voor 10 euro opwaarderen is meer dan voldoende. Met die "TUIN" kaart kun je voor 2 euro per persoon met de metro naar het appartement reizen. (ipv 6 euro via een los kaartje per persoon) Daarnaast hebben we een SUMA10 kaart gepakt voor de buslijnen in valencia. je kan met 2 personen op 1 suma10 kaart reizen. Bus ritje kost dan nog geen 70 cent per persoon. Letterlijk in de straat van het appartement zijn meerdere bushaltes die overal naar toe gaan. Als je via Google maps een locatie zoekt waar je naar toe wil dan kun je in de app van Google maps aanklikken dat je met openbaar vervoer wil reizen en dan zie je precies welke bus (of metro) je moet pakken en waar je moet overstappen. Overstappen binnen 60 min is helemaal gratis (dus kost geen extra afschrijving van de rittenkaart) De bus is echt een aanrader, super goedkoop en je bent snel op de plek van bestemming. Alles bij elkaar zeer goed bevallen en we gaan zeker een keer terug. Bedankt mvg Geert

Antonia un amor, nos recibió muy bien, nos explicó en detalle todo lo referido al departamento. Muy cómodo, bien equipado y buena ubicación.

En la ducha el agua caliente dura poco tiempo (al menos para mi gusto) pero si te bañas rápido esta muy bien.

Week end prolongé à Valence pour profiter encore des beaux jours en novembre

Appartement tout neuf, d'un seul tenant, au RDC sur rue. Très bien équipé (TV, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, lave-linge, climatisation), moderne et très confortable. Nos hôtes ont été très sympas. Nous avons pu nous installer le matin bien avant l'heure officielle de check-in et nous aurions pu laisser nos bagages en partant à nos hôtes. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé sur les coins à visiter. Métros à 15' de marche environ. Vieille ville idem.

L'appartement en RDC peut être un peu surprenant car on est tout de suite dans la rue, mais les voilages sont bien étudiés et on ne voit rien depuis l'extérieur. Sinon tout était super et Valence une ville très intéressante à visiter.

Pekné, čisté pohodlné

Byt je na veľmi dpbrpm mieste ak chcete byť blízko k centru. Pohodlné matrace a vankúše. Bolo to jedno z mála miest, kde som sa fakt dobre vyspala. Vybavenie je kompletné a nič tam nechýba. Oceňujem zatemňovacie závesy a celkom dobre zvukotesné vchodové dvere a okná. Je to tam nové a čisté.

Jediné čo by som doporučila - dobudovať sklo okolo sprchového kútu, lebo aj keďsa človek snaží, pri umývaní vlasov je z toho potopa na celú kúpelku.

Das Apartment war im Erdgeschoss und direkt vom Gehsteig einer gut freqúentierten Strasse über eine Glastür zuggängig (wahrscheinlich früher ein Shop) Dadurch relative strake Lärmbelastung.

Cómodamente cosmopolita

Es un tipo loft con todo lo esencial. Se nota el cariño que han puesto y el diseño. Muy limpio y espacioso y ellos muy cercanos, atentos y disponibles.

Es una tendencia muy interesante pero quizás y por poner algo: como viajaba sola y soy de otra generación, quizás que fuera una planta baja me hacía sentir algo más insegura, pero insisto que es una sensación personal que además yo no vi al reservar pues el espacio está perfectamente acondicionado y se nota.

Departamento amplio y muy limpio. Con cocina completa. Da a la calle, pero no se escucha ningún ruido. Dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente, que no hubo. Baño amplio. Tambien tiene lavadora.
