Good location

Location was great: supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Metro stations were within walking distance, and it was walkable distance from the city center. The apartment was comfortable, big enough for two people for a few days.

The cooking gear could be updated, the pans were not usable.

Very comfortable apartment for a couple

Modern, very comfortable and cosy.

Noise during the night from neighbours and lack of basic ingredients for cooking eg salt, pepper, oil. It would have been nice to have had a bowl for salad and one suitable for microwave.

It’s on the bottom floor so the noise from the street is quite loud. Could do with better quality pans for cooking.

Very good apartment

Very clean, spacious and cosy apartment.The bed is big and comfortable, there is enough space for personal belongings on the shelfs.the apartment have two tv, A/C and fan. You can expand the sofa if you need a second bed. The kitchen corner is small, but there is everything you need to make coffee, tea or something for eat. The bath is enormous and clean with showering cosmetics products provided . Excellent location near metro station and bus stops. It is very quiet in the apartment and in the building as well. The host Claudia is very polite and easygoing, always there to help. I recommend this property!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were in great condition. Overall, it felt like a pleasant and welcoming place to stay.

The location was just average—convenient enough but not particularly close to major attractions, so a bit more travel time was needed.

Value for money 💪

Location is great. 2 metro lines (red, green), directly from the airport + 12 min walk. City center is 20-30 min walk, depending where you want to go. Suggestion is to rent bicycles, Valencia is flat and has 160 km bicycle paths, easy and conveniant to get around. Mercado supermarket is 50 m away. Easy self check in and out. Extremely clean. Large bathroom with washing machine, washing powder and softner provided. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, oil, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee capsules etc.. New, well designed, A/C was perfect. Value for money and highly recommended.

Valencia has many apartments that are a kind of street faced places, located on the ground floor of the building, "shop style", direct street access. We new it in advance, for us it was not too noisy, a bit unusual on arrival, but you get used to it.

Pleasant stay in Valencia

Everything was more than satisfying. The apartment was super nice and the owner was a true delight. Around 25 minutes walking from the city centre, the area seems very safe.

Fabulous

Hosts are fabulous. We had great comunication and Claudia was always available and helpful. Flat is great, well equiped. Bathroom is big, nice touch with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Kitchen is fully equiped, nice touch eith bottle of water, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc... Flat is on ground floor, we got unit 1, street view. Supermarket is 1 minute walking distance away from flat. It's about 20 minutes walking to Crntral market and about 30 minutes to city centre. For those who doesn't like walking there are bus stations 100 meters next to flat. Claudia, let us check out at 1pm without charging anything. I recommend this flat, everything is perfect. We'll be back here very soon.

Bella Valencia!

Buona posizione, comoda al centro. Self Check in molto semplice, anche grazie a Claudia che è sempre stata disponibile per informazioni e suggerimenti. Il mio era un monolocale dotato di tutti i prodotti di prima necessità, compresi quelli per il bagno, macchina per caffè, bollitore e piccola dotazione di cialde, zucchero, olio... cucina con tutto ciò che serve e pulizia generale ottima. A pochi passi un supermercato. Ci tornerei.

Ottima location - bella, molto pulita e vicina al centro, con tutto quello che serve.

Ottima struttura, è molto vicina al centro città. Ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi ma se non hai voglia di camminare ci sono fermate dell’autobus vicinissime è comoda anche alle fermate della metro. Due supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze. Molto bella, nuova e arredata con cura.

Nulla da dichiarare - non è un difetto ma posso solo suggerire se arrivate dall’Italia portate con voi un adattatore perché ci sono solo spine tedesche/europee non ci sono prese italiane con i classici tre fori ma solo due.

Brak napięcia normalnie otwieranego okna powody

Największa wadą obiektu był brak otwieranych okien. Okna tylko się uchylały co było dużym mankamentem. Poza tym 2/3 okna było zrobione z matowej szyby a jedyne przejrzyste szkło było na samej górze co pozwalało zobaczyć tylko szczytu budynków. Poza tym był tylko jeden kluczy do mieszkania. Mieszkanie jest położone przy zbyt ruchliwej ulicy.

Un apartamento totalmente equipado, con agua de cortesía, café etc., unos 15 min andando desde el casco antiguo de Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable, accesible en todo momento.

Es complicado aparcar allí ya que se encuentra al lado de una avenida grande.

Experiencia genial. Super bien equipado y muy bien ubicado. Para aparcar se tiene que buscar un poco, pero siempre se encuentra y gratis. Todo super limpio y apartamento acogedor. La chica super amable y muy atenta. Estamos encantados!

Soggiorno gradevole

Ottima la posizione, vicino al centro anche a piedi, mezzi pubblici ad un passo dalla struttura, così come supermercato molto fornito e gli altri servizi.

Purtroppo le finestre danno su di una strada molto trafficata e quindi soprattutto la mattina presto si sento molto il rumore delle macchine.

tutto molto comodo ed efficiente ,dal piano cottura , servizi igienici , e letti.Pulito e climatizzato,posizione abbastanza comoda e quasii centrale,dotato di tutto il necessario,e supermercato Mercadona adiacente all appartamento

L única cosa,potete aggiungere un mobiletto e un appendi soprabiti ,noi essendo in 3 abbiamo usato una sedia per appoggiare borse e vestiti smessi,
