Me encantó el apartamento, la atención del dueño y la ubicación. Nos olvidamos dos sombrillas que espero que queden para uso y disfrute de los inquilinos del apartamento. Aire acondicionado, lavadora secadora, y cantidad de utensilios de limpieza. Volveremos!!
Lo único que no me gustó fueron las obras de la calle, que no es culpa de ellos. Pero no molestaban demasiado con ruidos.

El espacio amplio y la ubicación

Monolocale realizzato o ristrutturato da poco; doccia confortevole. Posizione relativamente buona rispetto alle fermate degli autobus e dalla metro.
Purtroppo, nell'ingresso comune persiste un nauseabondo olezzo di fogna (davvero stomachecole). E il monolocale dove abbiamo alloggiato presenta una infestazione da scarafaggi (di dimensioni importanti). Fanno ingresso dall'interstizio tra il water e la parete sul retro. Sono problemi che andrebbero risolti celermente. Inoltre, in queste settimane la strada è un cantiere aperto, ed il rumore dei mezzi a lavoro non è ottimale per riposare il pomeriggio.
