Location great, apartment very clean, and easy instructions.

The shower head wasn’t working well so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower. The mattress was not great, it curves a little.

Overall a pleasant day!

It was pretty comfortable for two people. We absolutely loved the location and the fact that we were in such a big city and could get parking right out the front was a massive bonus. We did drive into the area but the parking hadn’t been properly communicated to us so we drove out and parked further away. Once we realised it was parking we went back to get the car.

The bathroom was on the small side. We were apartment number 1, it had all the restaurants underneath us and as much as we loved it and loved the location it was terrible at night because there was a lot of noise from the restaurants until 1:30 to 2 am which is ironic because one house rule is not to have any noise after 10 o’clock

Amazing!

We had a wonderful week. It was a nice apartment and it was very clean. Also the apartment is very well located, if you rent a bike you can get everywhere very quickly. The staff is always there for you when you need them and they respond quickly to messages. We would definitely recommend it to others.

If I may give a tip, it would be nice if the bedding would be changed once in between, or you have the option to do this yourself. We did find that sleeping in the same bedding for 10 days was a bit long.

Nice apartment on lively square within easy reach of bars, restaurants, hairdressers and laundromat

In a good area with lots of bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioned lounge. Has a lift. Staff are very responsive. We stayed a week so I asked for a change of towels half way and cleaner brought them same day.

Only lounge has air conditioning and it’s not really powerful enough for whole apartment. Only sheer curtains in lounge means sunlight streams into apartment negating the effect of the air conditioning. Also in the evening people in square can see into this first floor apartment. Linen needs renewing as it has been washed many times.

Spacious apartment short walk from train station and metro stations. Restaurants at front door and amazing cafe across the road. About 30 min walk to main centre of old town. Has a small kitchen so you could cook but as above no need to.

an apartment makes you feel like holiday

ample space and big window. open kitchen area and living room is lovely. feel like home, good quiet location yet convenient. supermarkets next door and good restaurants. staff is very responsive and always ready to help. clean and tidy interior. big wardrobe in bed room. ample storage space. would still choose here again if i will revisit the city.

self checkin with no reception, efficient yet lacks the interaction with the locals, took the apartment 1, lock is a bit tricky, need to pull back the door before inserting the key. took some time to get in. no house-keeping as it is more like air bnb. bed a bit too soft and not supportive enough.

Good location, plenty of restaurants, grocery store nearby, nice building

The property is split into 2 rental units, we stayed in apartment 2 facing an interior courtyard. Quite small rooms (living and kitchen + bedroom), narrow bed (140cm), you can hear every noise from the other apartment, the fuse box makes a constant buzzing noise, it's a fairly dark apartment, no place in the bathroom to dry towels etc.

We truly recommend this place :) the apartment is at small square , easily walkable to the old city center. If you prefer to take metro/bus you will find it there too. We appreciate the size of an apartement, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and good bathroom lighting ;)

Very smart clean and well equipped

The landing door to the two flats was really difficult to open. I eventually found that pulling it hard toward me enabled the key to turn. But I really thought I was going to have to call you for help. An ice cube tray for the freezer would have been useful

Love Everything here!

The apartment is so clean and has everything that you need. I love the design of the room so large and comfy. We can cook something to eat and lay on the couch. In the night it is quiet and there is no noisy sound. I had a great day in Valencia. If we go to Valencia again. We will choose here again.

1st floor newly refurbished, good for a couple.

The Hola Valencia apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, 5mins from the metro system, with restaurants, bars & supermarkets near. The size was adequate for a couple, it was clean & had what we needed. The café across the road was great for baked goodies & fruity breakfast treats. We walked to the Old Town, very atmospheric, with historic buildings to visit. Valencia Airport 30mins away by metro.

The dish cupboard is a bit high for people of average height. The shower is modern, but isn't enclosed & could leak onto the bathroom floor.

Beautiful apartment in a really good area. Great facilities. And the location is amazing, you can walk everywhere. All the necessary to enjoy your stay in Valencia.

Only inconvenience is the parking, but you cant expect more in this location. Good thing is there is plenty feee parking around, and during the evening is easier to find a spot!

Very nice owners, it was well equipped and located on the small local plaza with few restaurants. New elevator,comfy bed.

There was no proper ventilation as it was an artificially divided app. It was dump and there was mold around windows. We were trying to leave windows wide open, but then it was super cold. The AC was no great at heating all apartment.

Great location

Check in was very easy with clear instructions. The main things we hope for when renting accommodation is for it to be cleaned to a high standard , a comfortable bed with nice linen and a decent hot shower. All of these were nicely met.

The soundproofing in the apartment could be better as it's difficult to sleep from the general noise of the bars and people in the Plaza below.... but it was a lot noisier due to La Fallas starting. Pack ear plugs.

The apartment was very clean, big enough and with modern facilities (dishwasher, oven, iron, TV, heat, big closets) to spend our holidays.

The bed was very small and not comfortable. The cushions weren’t good either. We had a lot of noise during the night, so we almost didn’t sleep. All Corona proof with the codes and key box, but we missed the human part and the opportunity to ask some inside info (recommended places to eat, what to visit, map of the city).

The location was good

I told the owners I was travelling with a baby and they said there was no probem. However, there was construction work they didn't warn me about and I had to carry suitcases, baby carriage and baby up and down the stairs every time I left the house. When I complained, their answer was: "we never said there was an elevator". Also, be warned: there are two rooms in the photographs but they belong to 2 different appartments. So, even though it says the appartment appropriate for families with babies, they don't provide a bed or a crib. Again, according to the host: "everybody else understands this". The baby ended up sleeping with us in our (really uncomfortable) bed. Unfriendly, unhelpful and not fully honest.

It was very cozy, inviting and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Had a good size fridge for the days we stayed there. Perfect size shower. Excellent.

There is nothing I didn’t like but if I would have to say something negative is that the sofa wasn’t that comfortable.
