Het apartement was heel netjes en goed gefaciliteerd. Rustige ligging met wat ontbijt tentjes in de buurt. Direct naast het apartement zit een fietspunt waar je een fiets kan pakken met een app. Alles was schoon en netjes. Top weekend gehad!

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Küche ist sehr modern und perfekt eingerichtet. Super ist die Kaffeemaschine vor Ort. Das Bad ist modern und hat eine Regendusche. Es gibt viele Lichter um eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Lage ist gut, Bus ist direkt vor der Tür (obwohl gerade eine Baustelle vor dem Haus ist, hört man diese nicht). Gastgeber war immer erreichbar - super Service! Appartment sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos.

- Leider gab es keine extra Badspiegel Beleuchtung - Matratze sehr weich (ist immer Geschmackssache, uns war sie eindeutig zu weich) - Kein Fenster im Bad oder auf der anderen Seite des Raumes um einen Durchzug zu erzeugen - Da Appartment hat zwar eine große Fensterfront, durch die Milchglas-Folie jedoch manchmal etwas "dunkel" - Badezimmertür hat sehr geklemmt, man musste sich sehr dagegen stemmen zum öffnen - Keine gute Abluftanlage im Badezimmer - Reinigung des Abflusses der Dusche muss öfter erfolgen, unsere war verstopft und das Bad wurde in kürzester Zeit geflutet. Am nächsten Tag kam jedoch sofort ein Handwerker und hat es repariert

The apartmant is brand new. Everything is very clean, stylish, looks better than on pictures. There's everything you need (dishes, sugar, coffee and capsules also, salt oil...) with welcome drinks and biscuits as well. Bathroom is huge, spacious, bed comfortable. Location is also great, with nice local places around the corner, and 10min walking from city centre. Also good connection with few bus lines and tram to museums and Soler Mall. We were definitly very satisfied, also with good communication with owner.

I would say we just didn't have luck, since it was really bad weather, and cold, which is not usual for Spain. Heating is just by AC, and since we were traveling with 4 year old kid, it was little bit cold. Also, I'm super sensitive on smell, and on first night I did smell something like sewer pipes, which I read that it's common problem in Valencia. But my wife and kid didn't so I wouldn't say that a 99% of people sense it.
