Good stay in an amazing city.

Overall a pleasant stay. The room was large with microwave, TV and fridge. There wasn't a view from the room but as we were out all the time exploring Valencia it didn't matter. The room was clean and in a good location. Would go back.

The bed wasn't 1 couple bed but 2 single beds together. That was not comfortable for a couple to sleep.

Stench from bathroom. Unfriendly host. When calling about the couch not prepared with blankets, the response was "you do not pay for children but do you still need us to prepare the bed?". No thanks, i'll leave them sleep in the cold. Shower has no water pressure at all. Bert noisy neighbours and you can hear every sound in the streets. Beds are extremely uncomfortable.

There is an airconditioning system installed. Plenty of lights in the ceiling.

Aspecto sucio, el olor, las sábanas estaban manchadas como con chorretones tanto el edredón, como las sábanas bajeras. El baño roto y fuerte olor que llegaba a la habitación, aspecto muy viejo. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota y pusieron una cortina que daba una sensación y un olor muy desagradable.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata estremamente deludente. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in condizioni non accettabili: prese di corrente penzolanti, cattivo odore persistente e mobilio rovinato. L’ambiente nel complesso non dava alcuna sensazione di pulizia né di sicurezza, tanto che abbiamo deciso di andare via immediatamente e richiedere il rimborso. A nostro parere, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una completa ristrutturazione prima di poter accogliere nuovamente ospiti O per lo meno andrebbero aggiornate le foto di Booking, In modo che L ospite veda le condizioni attuali della struttura !

cerano le cucaracha (ovvero delle blatte che volano) in bagno, e questo ci ha portato ad andare in bagno ogni volta con un ansia immensa. poi hanno chiamato la donna delle pulizie e ha spruzzato l'insetticida . perchè questo non è stato fatto prima del nostro arrivo ? INOLTRE all' interno dell armadio c'era una porta chiusa a chiave che nessuna sapeva dove portasse NEMMENO LA POVERA DONNA DELLE PULIZIE. QUINDI DIREI MOLTO INQUIETANTE.

Unica nota positiva, la posizione buona, e l'ampiezza del monolocale (noi avevamo il più grosso però) con punto noleggio bici con APP sotto casa e stazione metro vicina. Ma, detto in sintesi: sconsigliatissimo.

Palazzo fatiscente, con nauseabondo odore di urina nell'androne. Proprietario non attento a rispondere con solerzia alle richieste: mancava, ad esempio, il tappetino della doccia e, una volta fatto presente, ci è stato detto, dopo lunghi silenzi e attese vane, che non potevano farci nulla perché era il weekend. Dal bagno proveniva inoltre un fastidioso e persistentissimo odore e fogna. Poi, la ciliegina finale: immaginate di essere nudi nell'appartamento e di vedervi piombare dentro una perfetta sconosciuta, ovvero una ignara cliente a cui avevano dato per sbaglio le chiavi del vostro alloggio. Il che è di per sé molto grave e spiacevole, ma lo diventa ancora di più quando la proprietà, informata di quanto avvenuto, risponde con emoticon divertite alle vostre lamentele. Spazientiti dalla completa mancanza di professionalità, ci hanno infine porto le loro scuse (e, fuori tempo massimo, ovvero quando avevamo già provveduto per conto nostro, si sono pure offerti, guarda caso, di portarci il tappetino richiesto). Ma direi che sono state scuse tardive e insufficienti, per rimediare ad un'accoglienza tanto grossolana, approssimativa e poco attenta alle esigenze dei clienti.

Las cucarachas que me aparecieron por el baño y por la sala, y también las que se quedaron muertas debajo del sofá. Las tuberías que huelen muy mal, todos los grifos de ducha y lavabo oxidados. Las camas eran incómodas para dormir y aparte te pone que si no lavas la vajilla no te devuelven la fianza cuando coges cualquier utensilio de ahí y está lleno de grasa. La verdad nunca volvería a repetir esta experiencia, ha sido muy desagradable.

In compenso sono stata molto bene, e ci ritornerei.

L’apartamentos Abastos è una stuttura che ti consente di dirigerti al centro tranquillamente a piedi. Nelle vicinanze dispone di tutti i confort: supermercato, farmacia, negozi di vestiario, bar ec…Il personale è veramente molto disponibile. Inoltre, qualora vogliate affittare le biciclette a 3 min dall’appartamento c’è una piccola piazzetta. Il letto era molto comodo. E inoltre ti forniscono tutto il necessario per poter pulire l’appartamento (scopa, paletta, detersivo per piatti) perfetto soprattutto quando si torna dal mare e si è pieni di sabbia. Danno anche gli asciugamani saponi shampoo. Doccia spaziosa.

Non credo sia a causa della struttura poiché certi angoli di Valencia emanano una forte di puzza di fogne e lo stesso vale per il viale e bagno dell’appartamento che essendo cieco non consente passaggio dell’aria. Il bagno non può essere chiuso a chiave poichè non dispone di serratura.

Es una vergüenza que aún y todo sabiendo que íbamos con un bebé pequeño han aparecido muchísimas cucarachas, y no es que no lo supieran porque luego buscando más comentarios sobre el lugar todos dicen lo mismo, eso dice mucho de la higiene por más q los limpien para entregarlos, encontrarse cucarachas es lo más asqueroso que puede ocurrir, y adjunto fotos para que vean que no es mentira

Lo justo para una estancia corta

La ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento es sencillo con todo lo esencial. La entrega de llaves a la hora indicada.

Tiene plancha pero no tabla de planchar. A la ducha le falta presión de agua. Sólo nos dejaron dos tubitos de gel para los tres días y decimos comprar en el supermercado cerca. Nos dieron un kit de limpieza con bayeta, estropajo, bolsa de basura y gel lavavajillas pero aunque hay lavadora no hay detergente. Al ser un primero es fácil que haya alguna cucaracha, nosotros nos encontramos una muerta en el baño y una viva cuando llegamos por la noche en la estancia. Pague por el piso 270 eur. más 50 eur. de fianza por los tres días, me parece caro para lo que es.

La ubicación está bien y la atención del personal es correctísima. La chica al teléfono es muy amable.

El piso olía a alcantarilla, suben malos olores por las tuberias y es casi insoportable estar en el aseo. Por otro lado el aseo está muy descuidado, la mampara de la ducha llena de cal, la ducha vieja y oxidada, y no salía el agua a presión por la ducha. Los colchones están para cambiar, blandos y curvados. Algunas cosas del menaje estaban sucias. Y el ruido de los vecinos, se escucha todo. El precio es desorbitado en relación a lo que ofrece.

Instalaciones viejas, limpieza cuestionable(vajilla claramente sucia), no había mampara de ducha, estaba rota y lo habían apañado con una cortinilla, mueble de lavabo corroído, olor a tuberías, colchones super incomodos, ruido constante de la caldera y nevera, se oía la calle y el apartamento de al lado como si estuviesen dentro…
