The walls were very thin so we could hear the neighbours watching TV until 1.30am.

Nice apartment and location but sadly poor customer service.

Location is good. Walking distance to downtown, bus, metro. Apartment is clean.(Except last day visitor, see photo). Equipment: enough for simple cooking.

Well, where should i start... the key box didn't work (although the code was correct) and my friend who arrived earlier couldn't get into apartment for more that 2h. Till the neighbour forced the box lid and opened it. Meanwhile, i was trying to call the vlc host from airport. They didn't have English speaker and said they'll call but 20 min after no one called. I called back. This is just a call centre somewhere in Madrid. They couldn't find my booking to open the case for my complaint. Plus it's Saturday and no staff who works in Valencia. The family next door who arrived nex day had another issue with the keys: it wasn't in the box! It was Sunday. They spend 5 hours!!! Infront of the door on telephone being transferred from one call centre to another. Untill some came with a spare key. Back to our case. Despite the multiple previous messages to ensure 2 sets of bedsheets. In evening we discovered that there is nothing for sofa bed! It's Saturday. You can imagine the rest. Next day, they said they put the sheets in the apartment. Good. But when we came back the cleaning lady took away bedsheets from the bed and left us the new(without making the bed) but only one set again! So we slept in one bed for two nights and spending lots of time calling, waiting and writing messages etc. We also got two power cuts. Only the 3 apartments for rent. Whole complex had power. We waited more that 1 for it to be fixed. So no WiFi, no cooking, no tv. Girl in one of the apartment didn't have her tv connected to the power outlet. So no tv for her. AC is not working. Actually, although there is a remote control to it, it's not an AC. It's a ventilation. You cannot control it. It blows faintly and refreshes just a bit. When power went off we all had to keep the doors open because it was impossible to stay inside .Too stuffy. As you can imagine, we all called many times. They promised that the owner will come to fix it.

Posizione comoda ma il resto è da rivedere

Esteticamente molto carina e la posizione è buona

L’appartamento non è ben riscaldato e nei mesi invernali è un problema grave, soprattutto per noi che abbiamo alloggiato con un bambino di due anni; la soluzione è stata trovata il quinto giorno aggiungendo una fonte di riscaldamento extra. Inoltre avevamo scelto un appartamento per poter cucinare qualcosa di semplice soprattutto per il bambino, ma la cappa della cucina non funziona quindi è stato un problema preparare anche semplici pasti, ad esempio far bollire l’acqua è stato un grande problema perché si inumidiva tutto l’ambiente, i vetri si appannavano e i mobili si bagnavano

Muy bien, pero hay que tener cuidado

Localización, cocina, batería de cocina baño y demás comodidades al punto, super bien

La puerta no cierra con llave porque tiene algo mal, solo cierra normal, lo que resta sensación de seguridad. Además, hay alguna filtración que hace que se cuelen una barbaridad de hormigas. Un día dejamos sin darnos cuenta una migaja de pan que cayó al suelo y por la mañana había una montaña de hormigas bastante desagradables y un camino de ellas desde la puerta
