Il proprietario gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento spazioso e perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone con due ragazzi di 9 e 14 anni che hanno avuto i loro spazi. Pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Abbastanza vicino alla fermata della metropolitana e degli autobus, comodo anche il supermercato sotto casa.

L’appartamento è grande, strutturato bene e con degli spazi molto vivibili.
La pulizia, un pó approssimativa, e la mancata manutenzione della caldaia che ha reso il soggiorno difficoltoso in quanto non erogava acqua calda. Il 1 appuntamento disponibile del tecnico era il giorno della nostra partenza. L’Appartamento (o il palazzo) ha un problema con la colonna degli scarichi che a seguito pioggia (capitata durante il nostro soggiorno) emana cattivo odore negli ambienti
