The bachelor apartment is newly renovated. It’s clean& has a very big washroom& nice shower. It’s right off the street so no elevator to take. They were nice enough to allow us to store luggage’s after we checked out since we have a 10:30 pm boat to catch that night. It saved us money& it was conveniently located where we were going to hang around during the day.

They didn’t tell us the wall air conditioning is not working& they had a temporary one sitting on the counter with pipe sticking out of the window for venting. When we called emergency line after 10 pm. They had no one to tell us the information or can send anyone to look at the issue. We endured heat all night till 1 pm next day when we were able to get hold of the regular phone number. It was a very uncomfortable night for us who come from Canada.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Könnyen megközelíthető, gyors bejutás. Jól felszerelt, tiszta, korrekt szállásadó! Mindenkinek ajánlom!

Ótima estadia. Cama confortável, espaço grande integrando quarto, sala e cozinha bem equipada. Banheiro limpo e espaçoso. Fica bem próximo de uma boa padaria e não muito longe do metrô.

Com cheguei tarde da noite, recebi instruções com código para a entrada na acomodação. Porém, senti falta de uma explicação mais precisa de que o apartamento fica localizado no térreo, com abertura direta para a rua, ao lado da entrada do prédio de endereço similar. Como não sabia disso, demorei um pouco para entender qual era a porta correta.

The room was clean. The bathroom is spacious. The beds are comfortable. Most of equipment is new and in good state (I will tell about two sad exceptions in the other section). The kitchen had all necessary items and some welcome gifts (coffee, tea). The windows isolate the street noise sufficiently. The fan adds to comfort.

There were two problems, a minor one and a major one. The minor problem was that the soap container is leaking, and we found all the soap on the floor of the shower cabin (I think, it is easy to fix it). The major problem was that the air conditioners almost did not work. We found two air conditioners, a permanent one and a portable one. The permanent one blew but did not cool at all. To switch on the portable one, you have to put the hot-air tube through the window. As the window had to be slightly open, the effficiency was not enough to cool down the room. The room is on the ground floor; we had to switch it off for the night. It was so hot that we could not sleep normally. The fan did not help much. Perhaps, if it we lived there not in August, we could have a better impression.
