Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Bagno e doccia molto ampi. Letto matrimoniale comodo. La cucina è piccola ma funzionale con tutto a disposizione. La posizione è ottima e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

Il divano letto è idoneo per due bambini, per due adulti sarebbe un po' stretto. Essendo al piano terra e l'unica finestra è sulla strada, pertanto è difficile arieggiare l'appartamento.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, das Bett war bequem und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen: Ein Mercadona sowie eine Metro- und Bushaltestelle befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und waren in nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass wir keine richtige Bettdecke, sondern lediglich eine Art Bettlaken zur Verfügung hatten. Für die warmen Nächte war das zwar ausreichend, dennoch fanden wir es etwas ungewöhnlich. Außerdem war die Wohnung an einigen Stellen etwas staubig, und auch auf dem Boden lag teilweise Staub. Abends kann es durch Geräusche von draußen etwas lauter werden. Mich persönlich hat das jedoch nicht besonders gestört.

I am not sure it I was unlucky with this flat As soon as we entered there was alive cockroach on the curtain in a panick I stepped on it I have to say we did not see any more or any eggs etc I think it jumped from the street. Freezer had yellow sulish, some plated broken edges and small smudges, they expected us to use a used sponge to wash our plates. The worst thing is the body hair in the bed, the staff responded too late and just fetched more clean linens expecting me to do the bed. I have photos but feel it is inappropriate to share them
