I loved Valencia and the apartment was great and very spacious.

The location was a little far from the historical center, but very easy to reach with public transportation, which is super easy to use and very cheap.

It would have been better to be closer to the historical center, but it wasn;t really a problem as we could easily get there by bus just a block from the apartment.

Great apartment, neighborhood not good for restaurants but felt very safe.

The apartment was awesome but the neighborhood was just OK. Close to the metro and train station. Not really good places to eat around this neighborhood but felt safe in this neighborhood. Grocery stores were close by. Easy access to the metro so we had many options to go to other neighborhoods to eat/drink. There were 4 adults staying here and we had plenty of room to hang out in the living room and kitchen. Balcony is quite small, really only enough space for 1-2 people. Nice washer and the drying rack provided was enough for us.

The loud noise when the air conditioning was on. It was only loud in the one bathroom in the hallway, so didn't bother us at night but the person next to that bathroom probably has a different perspective.

expensive for the location. Free parking in the street but almost impossible to get a place. 30 mins walk from center but public transportation near. Not a trendy zone. Good quality.

Highly recommended!

The flat was very new and well maintained. Also, enough plates, cutlery and pots were there. The internet was very good. The managers were also very helpful and friendly.

There was a little bit of white noise (I guess from the outdoor AC unit) from the inner court yard, but the AC worked fine and when the window was closed it was not audible.

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Straße war ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahnstation 5 Minuten Fußweg.

Bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage machte in einem Bad die Lüftung laute Geräusche. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer rochen sehr parfümiert, nach 3 Tagen mit offenen Türen waren sie endlich ausgelüftet. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen. Nachts zwischen 1.00 und 6.00 Uhr ist Ruhe. In unserer Wohnung in der 2. Etage war kaum etwas davon zu hören und wir fühlten uns nicht gestört. Unsere Freunde hatten die Penthaus-Wohnung in der 5. Etage, da ist es auf der Dachterrasse schon recht laut.

El piso es nuevo, esta reformado. Muy limpio, tiene todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios para una buena estancia.

Estas observado todo el tiempo, tienen cámaras de seguridad en todos los ingresos, solo para observar las cosas que a ellos les conviene. Parece que le tienen terror a los Okupas. Tienen un libro de reglamento que no está detallado en las condiciones de hospedaje de booking. No te permiten ningún tipo de visitas. Me cobraron un valor de €60 porque un familiar me acompañó al hospedaje y luego se retiró. Me amenazaron con bloquearme las claves de acceso al hospedaje si no pagaba la tarifa del visitante en máximo 3 horas, tomándose la arbitrariedad de facturar la estancia completa por una persona que no existía. Pienso que hacen del turismo un negocio poco altruista. No deben dedicarse a la industria de hostelería. Son expertos en dañar las vacaciones.
