Spacious, comfy apartment - only a few minutes walk to the main attractions

Perfect location in the historic centre and only a few minutes walk to Plaza de La Virgen. Bed is super comfortable and the bed linen had a lovely fresh, clean smell - as did the whole apartment. Apartment is spacious and has plenty storage. Kitchen has everything you need and all glasses, plates etc were spotless. The owners responded quickly to messages and were friendly and helpful.

It’s quite dark, especially in the bathroom, where the only light is the light on the mirror. Some more lighting would make what is already a great place even better. A small table and a couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice. Many people, like myself, come from cold countries and like to sit out in the sun.

Charming attic flat in perfect old town location!

The staff are wonderful. They came and met me to hand me the keys. I was helped with taking my suitcase up to the fourth floor which was very kind. They didn't mind that I reoriented the dinning room table. They were very responsive to communications. They have luggage lockers that are convenient when you need them. Charming attic flat with all amenities.

I think they underestimated the time to arrive there from the airport by metro. The security box was "tricky" and I gave up on trying to use it. As it is an attic flat, the ceilings are a little low, but reorienting the main table helped.

Spacious apartment with friendly hosts, but frustrating booking changes and cleanliness issues.

We appreciated how friendly and responsive the hosts were. When the key was not in the locker on arrival, someone came to let us in within ten minutes, which was handled very well. The ground floor apartment itself is very spacious, with a large living room and bedroom and plenty of storage. The beds were comfortable, which was important for us during marathon week. The kitchen had what we needed for a simple stay and we were given plenty of towels.

The booking process was quite frustrating. Our original five night booking was cancelled due to changes in the building, and we were told we could only rebook for a longer stay at extra cost, while most affordable options were already gone because of marathon weekend. Inside the apartment, the couch and chairs were not comfortable, so it was not very pleasant to relax there. The bathroom was only okay: there is no ventilation, the shower pressure is very harsh, and water leaks out onto the floor even under the shower screen. Our main concern was cleanliness. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived, with hairs from previous guests in the bedding and bathroom, and there were ants in the kitchen at first. The owners did send maintenance to deal with the ants, but overall the level of cleanliness was disappointing.

Location was excellent, walking distance to some of the best historic sites in Valencia! Property was neat and clean; management staff especially Lina and Christian were very prompt and supportive to help us have a comfortable stay. Loved the walks in the evening to the old city center.

Could have been equipped with basic utensils such as a vegetable scraper; toilet/ wc cleaning liquid must be provided when the stay is long as we were staying for 2 weeks; wasps above the toilet window were a nuisance and roof beams in the rooms make it a little less comfortable especially when guests are tall.

The stays was ok if you don't take into account the stairs and towels and sheets they provided.

There was no breakfast. the apartment was very clean. It had most things you would need.

I was staying 2 weeks and I expected that I would have an extra set of sheets so that I could change them. But I was not offered that. They only gave me 1 towel at the beginning. but I brought it to there attention that I was staying 14 days. They said they treat everyone the same. It didn't matter whether you are staying 1 day or 14. The amount of days didn't matter. The stairs were an issue. It is hard to walk up and down the winding metal stairs. I would not recommend for someone who has problems with their legs or an elderly person.

Great location, lovely flat, some problems

The flat was very nice and spacious. We also enjoyed the balconies. The location is amazing; it’s right in the old town and walking distance to all main places! It was nice to have a kitchen so we were able to have some of the meals in the flat.

We had to pay a 500€ deposit before the stay. After over a month since our stay ended, we still had not got the money back. I had to email the host and then they returned the money. This was annoying since it is a lot of money. We did not have hot water on the first day when we arrived (but the problem was fixed fast the next day). We left our luggage in the locker on the last day. When we came back to get them, the door code had already been changed… Luckily we were able to contact the host by calling, but still it was scary.

The property had everything I needed, and they were very responsive to a leak in the sink and sent someone to calk the sink within the day

I was concerned about the mildew in the shower. There wasn’t enough ventilation that causes the mildew. I had the top unit and it was a long climb to get to my apartment. I thought there was an elevator.

Cute apartment in the Center of Valencia.

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment a lot. It’s located super central in Valencia so you can reach everything by bike (we really recommend to rent one 🚲). The interior is super cozy and you won’t miss anything for a great short trip to beautiful Valencia!

Pleasant

Location was good. People attending the apartment were kind. They really tried to make the apartment modern and it has potential but it was not what we expected.

I'm quite disappointed with the place. As a host myself, I have a lot to say. There is no attention to detail in this place regarding napkins, water, coffee, salt, or anything. The ceilings are so low - my partner hit his head multiple times because of his height. It was very annoying to walk through the apartment crouched down in certain areas. The stairs are steep and this place is not for elder folks. It should be stated somewhere how low the ceilings are and how this apartment is on the last floor. The windows were tiny and it felt like being in a cave. You are basically paying for the location since the location is great. For the price - i was unhappy with the stay,

Ideal apartment for a stay in Valencia

Had the second floor apartment. Everything we needed was there. About a 5 minute walk to the attractions. Dropped our bags at the office and the staff were very helpful with directions to the apartment. There is a small food shop literally round the corner for basics and I found a big supermarket about 15 minute walk away.

Not a dislike as such but the stairs up to the apartments were via a metal spiral staircase. Not a problem for us but we only had small suitcases!

Lovely clean central studio

Perfect location, super central and well connected, absolutely quiet and safe area, zero noise during night time. The flat was very clean and provided with all useful facilities, it also have a small balcony. The staff was punctual, nice and helpful at the time of the check-in. Wifi, tv with Netflix and other stuffs, hot water etc everything was working perfectly. It helped us to feel the atmosphere and the good vibes of Valencia :) We definitely suggest it!

Wasn't an easy process to pick up the key. We had rather large suitcases. It was necessary to catch a cab from the place we collected the keys.
