Great location, some flaws that need attention

Location is absolutely perfect. The size of the property for our group was excellent (4 adults and 4 kids) Contact was always available and happy to answer any questions we had in a timely manner.

Didn't realise this was a series of interconnected apartments rather than one whole apartment. Holes in the walls where door handles have clearly punctured the walls and not been repaired. Lights in some rooms didn't work at all, wires seemed to be everywhere, falling out of the walls and plug points in some rooms - we avoided those rooms entirely, mainly due to it being so large and not required, but needs looked at.

Very good location.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Instead I got 2 connected rooms. The first one has no windows and you have to get into the other room to go to the bathroom. I expected a bit more privacy and that's why I booked an apartment. Also, I wanted to cook but there was no kitchen. only a small fridge and a microwave in the closet. This is actually a room inside an apartment so you can expect a bit noise from the other guests. The description of the room should change from an apartment with 2 rooms to 2 rooms (that way you would get what you book).

Great stay for Las Fallas Festival

Great location and really friendly people. Nicoleta was great and even let us leave our luggage in the apartment as we had a late flight. Clean, comfortable place. Location was absolutely perfect with so many bars, restaurants and sights right outside the door.

Good

The apartment is in Placa de la Reina, very close to terraces, places to visit, stores. It is a big apartment, we rented it all, we were 13 people and it was very good, clean, with all you need for a good stay.

As in all of Spain, the winter is cold in the apartments because they only have air conditioners, an idea would be to purchase an electric heater for the winter period in each room. But overall the apartment is very nice and well located, we liked it a lot.

Awesome location and fab staff.

The location is amazing, bathroom is clean and staff is really pleasant.

The drain odour is really strong sometimes - not sure if this a thing about Valencia itself as i also felt the bad smell in some streets. The beds make too much noise and double bed mattress could be a bit more comfortable. There should be more bed linen - with ac on, it can become a bit cold and the sheets arent enough. When booking, i thought we'd have the whole apartment, but when we got there we understood it was actually 2 bedrooms with shower room and some kitchen utensils - we felt a bit frustrated as the ad says "1 two-bedroom apartment" and it gave the impression of having kitchen and etc.

Great location

Brilliant location for exploring Valencia, you are right in the heart of the city Our water cut off in the morning, this caused a bit of problem, as it was right when we were all getting ready and using bathroom. There’s no parking nearby, we parked around 15mins walk away, over the bridges, any white bays are free parking.

We were very well received. The appartement is spacious, equipped kitchen. The air conditioner works well and the emplacement is great, we were in the center close to many places.. We had a view on the cathedral of plaça de la reina but unfortunately there is some construction site there…

Short and wonderfull stay

The appartment was wonderfull, very easy to find as it is right in the city center. The old quarter was very easy to visit, unfortunately because of the pandemic we did not get the chance to enjoy the great variety of restaurants in the area. The apartment was neat,clean and modern.The host was helpfull and gave us alot of tips on what to do during our short stay.

Horrible, never again

It's quite impossibile to decribe how bad it was my experience with this place. First of all the pictures on the description are not what you get! Be very careful! Once I arrived, I was welcomed in an apartment that was ok: then after 3 hours, and when I was already in bed and falling asleep, the host calls me and says they put it in the wrong apartment. So I had to wake up and move to another place. This place is what you get if you book a 2 rooms apartment: be very careful! One room has no window: it's not actually a room, just a bunk bed in the entrance with neon lights. The only window is on a dirty shaft, so there is no natural light in the apartment at all during the whole day. You have to stay with the lights switched on the whole day. The whole place smells of sigarette. The kitchen is not a kitchen (just two old and rusty plates for cooking). There is no sponge to clean the dished, just in case you want to cook. The key does not work (you have to try like 10 minutes to get in). The shower was dirty (hair all over) and the sink is capped: I asked to get it fixed and nobody came to fix it. So if you have a shower the water comes to your ankle in two minutes. This was an horrible experience. Never again.

Consigliatissimo appartamento in centro

Posizione centrale con balconi che si affacciano sulla piazza della cattedrale, pur nella massima tranquillità. Spazi ampi, puliti e accoglienti con possibilità di massima libertà anche in gruppo numeroso. Due cucine, due salotti con divani, due televisioni, condizionatori indipendenti in ogni stanza, frigo in camera.

Il parcheggio limitrofo sottostante non è accessibile se auto con thule maggiore di 2 metri. Un condizionatore di una camera era fuori uso. Le cucine non molto attrezzate di utensili di uso comune (es: scolapasta).
