A perfect location right in the heart of magical Valencia.

The location is absolutely perfect! The accommodation is right in the heart of Valencia, which is a beautiful, charming, magical city rich in history and culture. Almost all major attractions are within walking distance, and public transportation works excellently. There are also many bike rental options nearby, which I would definitely recommend. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast, they were always available and happy to help. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. Even though the apartment is located in the city center, there was no street noise.

The only small downside was that at the time of booking, it wasn’t completely clear which exact apartment we would be staying in, and I was a bit disappointed that the windows didn’t face the street but rather an inner courtyard of the building. And as you can know,, you can never fully control the neighbors: despite house rules, we had some quite noisy neighbors above us. That said, it wasn’t anything too serious. We visited during the off-season, and unfortunately a cold wave affected much of Europe at the time. Although electric heaters were provided in the rooms and bathroom, they were not very effective in keeping us warm.

The location is great. You can walk around downtown. Many restaurants, cafes, different stores. Within 5 min. walking distance you can find many bus lines as well as metro stations. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable. All you need to make yourself feel at home. There's even a washing machine with free drying services. They offer free crib, high chair and baby bath. Another plus is the elevator.

Great apartment in an excellent location

This spotlessly clean, very well appointed apartment is in an excellent position just a few metres from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and a mere 5 minutes walk from the station. Very helpful staff, always available if you need anything, very prompt at answering messages and excellent at keeping you informed about the check in process with photos of every stage. I even received a short video of the actual room we'd be staying in a few days before we got there - a lovely touch that I've never met before. Luggage storage was great, both before and after our stay Very comfortable bed and blackout curtains in the bedroom. Heating was very efficient - we needed this as we were there during a cool rainy spell just after Christmas. Lots of nearby places to eat and a local supermarket. Excellent bakery/pastry shop next door - very convenient for croissants for breakfast! Would we stay here again? Yes,in a heartbeat! And I'll be recommending to all my friends too - we live further down the coast and we and friends often visit Valencia. .

When we arrived in the apartment it was really dark due to the curtains were closed, and the bathroom has really strong smell of cleaning products.

Good for a group of 4!

The place is spacious. We were a group of 6. The living area is pretty comfortable and the place is extremely central.

One of the bathroom is located inside the bedroom and it doesn't have an exhaust. It gets little difficult to use and all the vapours end up in the bedroom due to lack of exhaust.

Definitely Worth It

The place is VERY clean, has everything you need in a hotel apartment appliance wise. The location is perfect. Very close to all your favorite stores. We rented a car during our stay and there is parking nearby with a discount for people staying at this hotel.

The street is a little confusing, getting there for the first time may cause some trouble, but once you find it you will have no issues.

This was a perfect choice for my adventure in Valencia.

The apartment was spacious, well appointed, centrally located - five minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the old town, right near the beautiful plaza. It was spotlessly clean with a large refrigerator as well as full kitchen.

The area is very noisy and even though the apartment had really good windows, if you are a light sleeper, especially on the weekend, you may want earplugs. Not horrible, but definitely not quiet.

It was the perfect apartment for a nice relaxing trips

The apartment was clean, big and had everything we needed for our stay. The service for drying clothes, borrowing a straightener were all extras that most apartments don't have. It was easy to get in contact with them if we needed anything!

The bedrooms didn't have windows leading to direct daylight, which is fine but the window now connected to a sort tunnel between apartments and there was a lot of noise coming from there (I think the airco system, the noise other people made etc). Also there was no full body mirror, there is enough space in the living room to get one so I would recommend doing that!

Nice stay in Valencia!

The guys were incredibly nice and helpful. Every request was answered promptly. The apartment was spacious and equipped with every possible comfort. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom big enough. The living and dining areas were top-notch. I would gladly stay at this accommodation again anytime.

This Place is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs! Everything about this place was misleading and unacceptable. The listing showed pictures of a balcony and a scenic view – complete lies. There was no balcony and no view whatsoever. We booked for 4 people, but even 3 of us were cramped. The “bed” barely fits two people, and the so-called extra bed was just a couch turned into a bed. If one person sleeps on the couch, there’s nowhere to sit in the morning. The entire setup is ridiculous and uncomfortable. It also claimed to have parking, but that’s another lie – finding a spot was impossible. Communication was a nightmare. After midday, no one responds, and when we messaged on WhatsApp, they rudely told us not to write there because we were “bothering” them. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The place was filthy, stuffy, and boiling hot. All windows were shut, no fresh air, and no air conditioning. The TV didn’t even work properly. This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. The listing claims it accommodates 4 people – it doesn’t. Two people would already be uncomfortable here. We felt cheated and extremely disappointed. Never again.

It was lovely having the benefit of a reception but the space and flexibility an apartment offers. The location was so central which was a bonus.

More mirrors.. for larger groups there should be one or two extra mirrors one of which should be full length. Getting ready to go out was a little bdifficult for this reason.

Great Valencia weekend

Excellent location, perfect hosts. We received the keys at 1:00 PM even though the official check-in time was 4:00 PM. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.

The apartment definitely doesn’t match the photos. It lacks natural light (the windows mostly face the walls of neighboring buildings).

Convenient, clean, easy check in

The apartment was convenient to many sites in the downtown area (market, restaurants, museums). We enjoyed walking around there very much. The apartment was clean, and there was a discount for parking at a local garage.

The living room area was small, and the couch could be made into a bed, so the apartment could potentially sleep six people, but I think that would make the apartment seem very small.

Friendly team on the reception desk . The location was perfect , 3 minutes walk from a metro station , on the edge of the old town and everywhere is walkable . The apartment was lovely especially the balconies overlooking the cafes below.

Absolutely yes!

The access was by myself, as the staff left me all the information needed to enter. Communication was perfect and precise. Location is super, into the city center, so close to Historical Center, Cathedral, and so other many tourist points, and in a pedestrian street (so no noise during the night). You can reach it by metro from the airport and metro is far only 5 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean, and they can change towels every day if you ask for that. Bedroom, bathroom were ok. We have not used the kitchen so I do not know if it had everything you need. We were four people, so two in the bedroom and two on the sofa. Sofa was comfortable, maybe a little bit small for two people. I have not used WIFI but it was available in the apartment. Down the apartment you can find several places were you can have breakfast.

Breakfast included would be super. Bed sofa a little bit small for two people, because we were not a couple and we maybe would have prefered to stay a little bit larger.

Wonderful accommodations with a great and welcoming staff

I had a wonderful experience with this property. I was traveling with two children, and they kindly allowed us to wait in the lobby while our room was being cleaned. They had presents for my children and were overall very welcoming, kind, friendly, and helpful. It was a very positive experience. It's clear that they care about customer service.

I think the property was perfect. The apartment was modern, very clean, and had everything you needed for a family and if you wanted to cook in. I have no complaints.

Modern central apartment but leave the car at home and take a taxi and google maps.

The quality of the apartment and its location , once we had found it, are superb and beautifully equipped. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within a 2 minutes walk.

Unfortunately the directions are quite useless without an efficient google maps enabled mobile phone . The texted instructions make no reference to its principle location markers such as the estacion del nord and the arena de toros. Highlighting various shops is not effective for evening arrivals and although there several underground car parks they are not identified in the apartment information.
