Appartment was very specious. Beds and pillows were one of the most comfortable we had, so it was the best sleep the baby and I had in months (we'll miss the large bad at home).
Location is really at the center of Valencia, just it seems there is no metro station nearby, or at least Google Maps never offered us metro options but only bus options. Bus station is right there.
There is excellent coffee downstairs (Neitzcaffe or something like that and great food and brunch options in vacinity - thanks to Jose for the recommendation).
Also our room was ready much earlier which we appreciated very much traveling with a baby.
Overall would definitely stay again.
If i have to say something, more as a recommendation - toilleterries (shampoo body wash) could be better, we bought our own.

I really enjoy the location of the flat! It is close to center and mant facilieties near by!
Unfortunatelly the apartment is not very clean...in photos it looks amazing, but in reality many broken stufs( doors, chairs, dirty walls, the baths are very dirty....broken sink, in other no window, no fan). The terrace is nice but everything there is old, rusty... the building is impresive but please invest in refurbish it! It's too bad that you are not able to change the shower head or the the grout from the bathtub!

Perfect location, clean and easy to get in & out.
It had one window and that looked onto a dark depressing grey wall :(
