Centrally located for trains and buses. Check in was straightforward, the instructions were clear. The apartment was clean.
The beds were squeaky, which was quite irritating. I did report it but they were unable to fix it. There is a 5 metre high metal-framed front door, which makes a very lound bang when it closes. This is annoying when people enter or leave after you have gone to bed. Most people don't think to close it manually. I'm sure somerthing could be fitted to the frame to reduce this. The apartment block is on a side street, so no noise from traffic, but...... on a Friday night the bar opposite attracts dozens of customers, and the noise level is very loud - ear plugs are recommended.

The location is absolutely perfect! The accommodation is right in the heart of Valencia, which is a beautiful, charming, magical city rich in history and culture. Almost all major attractions are within walking distance, and public transportation works excellently. There are also many bike rental options nearby, which I would definitely recommend.
Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast, they were always available and happy to help.
The apartment itself was clean and well maintained.
Even though the apartment is located in the city center, there was no street noise.
The only small downside was that at the time of booking, it wasn’t completely clear which exact apartment we would be staying in, and I was a bit disappointed that the windows didn’t face the street but rather an inner courtyard of the building. And as you can know,, you can never fully control the neighbors: despite house rules, we had some quite noisy neighbors above us. That said, it wasn’t anything too serious.
We visited during the off-season, and unfortunately a cold wave affected much of Europe at the time. Although electric heaters were provided in the rooms and bathroom, they were not very effective in keeping us warm.

It had one window and that looked onto a dark depressing grey wall :(
