Good central location and good value for money.

Die Lage ist top. In der Parallelstraße zu den Bahnhöfen und dem zentralen Platz.
Fußläufig zur Innenstadt, vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.
Valencia ist wunderschön und hat eine gute Infrastruktur und ÖPNV.
Die Wohnung ist recht simple eingerichtet.
Eine leichte Renovierung würde ganz gut tun.
Vielleicht ein paar Bilder von Valencia statt Random New York von IKEA.
Im Hof ist eine Sporthalle, aus der regelmäßig laute Geräusche dringen.
Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Flur und im Wohnzimmer. Es ist sehr warm in den Zimmern.
Das WC ist so hinter dem Waschbecken angeordnet, dass man es nicht richtig benutzen kann.
Die Hausregeln und Check-Out-Regeln sind leicht übergriffig.

La ubicación era buena y el apartamento era bonito y confortable.
Al principio, el check in fue un conflicto, pero se pudo solucionar. Si estás con valijas, hay que subir 3 pisos por escalera, no es grave.
