The apartment is very spacious and bright, it has all the necessary accessories. the hostess very friendly and outstanding at all times. Good tips to eat and see in Valencia.

there is nothing bad to say, only that it is 15 minutes walk to the city center, and there are bus and metro stops 1 minute walk

Worst accomodation ever!

The apartment was clean and close to the bus station.

The apartment is situated in an ordinary building in an ordinary neighbourhood. There is no garden surrounding. There is no childrens playing area nearby the building. The park is at the corner of the street and doesn't belongs to the building. The pool presented in the pictures doesn't belongs to the building as well. The pool with the playing area is presented as if it belongs to that area. Totaly wrong! The pool is 500 meters far from the apartment and is the public pool of Valencia. There are no restaurants in 500 meters away. The pictures present a restaurant maybe from the beach. We couldn't find it anyway. The airconditioning couldn't been used because the evacuation was made in a bucket and it presented a risk for the neighbours above the apartment. Exept the bathroom and the kitchen, the apartment is painted in a hurry....revealing walls that show imperfections. The breakfast wasn't really a breakfast....there were maybe some snacks....we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we were supposed to eat 3 mornings only some cakes, chocolate croissantes and uht milk. That was impossible! It would have been beter to find some fresh milk, butter, some bread, ham, cheese....and more. I think the host must improve more on services. Please be aware when you choose an apartment and read all the descriptions....even enter the google street view...otherwise you will be dissapointed ....like I was....The host knows the problem because I wanted to cancel the check in....but she did't agree with that. I did had a talk even with Booking, but they didn't belived me because I did't had enough arguments. In the end I do not recommend......I fell like I lost the money and my free time staying in such an accomodation.

El personal nos facilitó mucho las cosas. Había que quedar a recoger las llaves y había temporal de lluvia y viento pero se adaptaron a nuestras posibilidades ya que entrábamos directos a un trabajo nocturno.

Lo único malo es que es complicadísimo aparcar en esa zona, como en la mitad de Valencia. Es un detalle relevante pero no depende de los dueños.

Camas incómodas, ruídos y poca limpieza.

La limpieza en general. Las almohada eran horribles. Había más en los armarios pero daban asco. La comodidad de los colchones era muy justa. Ducharse era una odisea. Era imposible ducharse sin inundar el baño. Además, si llega a ir una persona con algo de sobrepeso, no da ni entrado en la ducha, porque la entrada entre la mampara y la pared, era muy justa. Las ventanas eran muy malas y ni cerraban bien, se escuchaba todo fuera, además de cada avión despegando, ya que pasan por cerca. En la cocina, sería un detalle que hubiese algún tipo de infusión como hay en muchos otros sitios. No le daría menos nota por esto, pero lo comento porque no había absolutamente nada. La nevera, por cierto, estaba también sucia, el resto no sabemos porque no usamos la cocina para nada. Por último, la ubicación no era buena. No estabamos cerca de nada. Si que es cierto que pasan buses por justo al lado, pero es lo único.

Apartamentul esta ca o casă cu etaj, două băi și bucătărie utilată complet. Este poziționat lângă mijloace de transport catre direcțiile de interes. Este transport direct de a Aeroport - metro pana la apartament . La fel transport direct catre Oceanograf și catre plaja Malvarosa . Pana la Bio PArk se ajunge pe jos lejer. La fel si catre centru.

Nu am obiecțiuni.

Ayuda de Evelyn y su padre Daniel para entrada y salida del apartamento, con equipajes y bolsas. Una actitud generosa más allá de sus responsabilidades.

No encontré nada reseñable. La vivienda es de 3 habitaciones y mucho más amplia y equipada de lo que me esperaba
