Well located modern apartment which was very convenient for our needs

Brilliant location - we could walk to the old town in 25 mins. It had air con and it was nice and modern! Great assistance from the owners. Very happy with this stay!

Well equipped apartment, best air conditioning.

A bit further away from city center, about 30 minutes walk. But probably it would have been easier if the weather was not super hot. Two blankets on the king size bed for the two person would be more practical than the one.

De prijs was perfect en het voordeel was dat er 2 slaapkamers waren.

De badkamer oogt heel hip en modern maar was niet heel schoon. Dat had wel iets beter gemogen.

Fijn appartement met prima uitvalsbasis voor de stad

Prima appartement met voldoende zit plek voor 4 personen. Slaapkamers voldeden ook. Al had de 2e Slaapkamer een ruimere/ grotere kledingkast mogen hebben. Badkamer voor ook ruimschoots. Was fijn dat er ook een wasmachine in het appartement stond. Ik de (slaap) bank zat Prima. In de directe omgeving binnen 500m supermarkt, goede kipslager en openbaar vervoer.

Niet bij alle bedden stopcontacten. In de woonkamer alleen maar vel wit led verlichting (is niet gezellig.) Maar makkelijk op te lossen. Assortiment pannen kan met beter, maar konden ons er prima je redden. Badkamerdeur heeft geen slot of mogelijk tot afsluiten. En in Badkamer mochten met iets meer haakjes zijn voor de handdoeken.

Zeer goede uitvalsbasis om Valencia te bezoeken

Zeer ruim en luxueus appartement. Goede ligging niet ver van de metro. Eigen parkeerplaats (tegen betaling). Aankomst is volledig contactloos maar je krijgt vooraf duidelijke instructies voor zowel de toegang tot het appartement als tot de garage.

“Estancia perfecta, superó todas nuestras expectativas”

Todo fue espectacular desde el primer momento. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio, bien decorado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación era excelente y la zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. Lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue el trato: el anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%.

Ibamos por estar con nuestro hijo que estudia alli, creimos que estariamos mas cerca del centro o de su area, error nuestro por no mirar bien el sitio. Las comunicaciones son buenas.

Casa moderna e ristrutturata, buon impianto di areazione e vicinanza a tanti servizi e a due passi dalla metro e dalle fermate bus. Appartamento ben attrezzato con ogni comodità, bagnoschiuma, detersivi, stoviglie, condimenti, macchinetta caffè e phon.

Leggermente fuori il centro di Valencia, quartiere un po’ sporco. Bagno cieco e piano basso quindi impossibile tenere aperte le finestre per il caldo ma sopratutto perché la gente che passa sul marciapiede ti vede. Pulizia livello mediocre.

Totalmente recomendable

La ubicación estaba muy cerca de las zonas de nuestro interés, a muchos sitios fuimos andando. El check-out era a las 11 y nos dejaron quedarnos hasta la hora solicitada sin problema, que eran las 12:30. Cuando llegamos estaban limpiando el alojamiento ya que llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y los chicos que estaban allí nos recomendaron sitios para comer. El apartamento estaba de lujo, no le faltaba de nada, con una decoración moderna y todo muy bien conservado. Nos dejaron café, agua y azúcar de cortesía, lo que es de agradecer. El apartamento no esta al ras del suelo, sino entre el bajo y la primera planta por lo que mucho mejor de lo esperado.

No tengo ninguna queja, todo fenomenal.
