A stylish apartment converted from a former garage. Being located on the ground floor, it offers quick and easy access. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with plenty of useful amenities such as a washing machine, iron and hair dryer. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including salt, pepper, olive oil, tea and delicious coffee. We picked up the keys from the host, Igor, whom we met at the front door of the apartment. What particularly won me over were the complimentary bottles of water provided upon arrival – a simple gesture, but one that felt genuinely caring and welcoming. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and a reliable supply of hot water. The terrace is also a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location is convenient, in what appeared to be a calm and safe neighbourhood. We hardly noticed any noise during our stay. The apartment is within walking distance of a metro station, making travel from the airport straightforward. While the historic city centre is not immediately nearby, this was not an issue for us as we had bicycles, kindly offered by Igor. The apartment's proximity to the Turia Gardens provides excellent cycling access to many parts of the city, including the beach. Exploring Valencia by bike was an unforgettable experience and truly elevated our stay! The host, Igor, and his daughter were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would happily stay there again. The only thing future guests should keep in mind is that the apartment is an open-plan, including the bathroom and toilet area, which may not suit everyone ;) However, this is clearly visible in the listing, so as long as you are aware of it before booking, it should not come as a surprise :)

We had a wonderful stay at Igor’s property in Valencia. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made a huge difference while traveling with our 3 year old daughter. She absolutely loved the space and kept happily running around the apartment. The location was convenient, and Igor was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning. We really enjoyed our time in Valencia and would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended for families visiting the city.
