Great stay for the price!

The position is great, with metro and bus stops very close. The flat is very spacious and has a nice terrace.

Unfortunately one of the showers emitted a bad odour when the other one was used. Sometimes it was perceivable from the bedroom.

We did not like staying in this apartment, we had unpleasant impressions.

Not far from the center and liked that there is a terrace

It was very dirty, the sofa was very dirty.. the glasses, the pan were dirty in food from previous guests. Toilet doors are dirty. The floors are also very dirty. Communication with the hostess was rude, she wanted to send us a cleaner but we refused because we wanted to solve the issue of our stay in a different way.

We encountered the following issues: The apartment was cold. There is one air conditioner in the kitchen which does not warm up the entire the apartment. when the temperature outside is down to 1C at night. We requested a heater for the bedroom but received no response from the host. The water pressure is somewhat abysmal in the showers. Being a top floor apartment the place definitely needs some sort of water pump. The apartment has no curtains at all. Kitchen and bathrooms are completely exposed to neighboring apartments.

Apartment was very comfortable, with large living room and very nice balcony with sofas and table.

Water from the shower were leaking through the wall in one of the bedrooms.

We had a great time in Valencia and enjoyed living amid locals.

The apartment is spacious and has a great terrace to eat outside or relax. There was everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice; it is very close to the Turia Gardens and the Old Town is in walking distance.

El tubo q goteaba el agua del aire acondicionado llenaba un balde y se rebalsaba y tenía q votarlo por un orificio de la terraza y eso lo hacía 3 veces al día...jajaja

State alla larga da questo posto!!!.Comunicazione anche in privato davvero di basso livello visto che il giorno prima della partenza mi é stata notificata una richiesta tramite so bonifico di cauzione di 200 euro con la specifica che se non fosse arrivato non avremmo potuto soggiornare.check in concordato per le 14:00 entrati alle 16:30.Appartamento carino ma terrazza sporca con mobili giardino e ombrellone diroccati.. con una persona che alla sera veniva a fumare accedendo dal vano scale del condominio a fianco .altro che attico😱l ,manca macchinetta caffè ,microonde,stendino,aria condizionata solo in soggiorno di notte si moriva di caldo,wc rumorosi,televisione non funzionante (meno male che avevo abbonamento Netflix).
