Valencia gem

Excellent apartment located in quiet district of Valencia decor and facilities of a high standard, and the third bedroom was a big plus with three children , the two older children appreciating the extra space.. Host was extremely accommodating when we needed to change our plans at the last moment due to a last minute family emergency - great value for money and would highly recommend.

Only a minor issue but many nearby properties were unoccupied possibly due to the water caused by the winter flood. Howevet only a 15 minute walk to Ave de Cid Metro station so not a big issue. Apoartment facilities massively outweighed any minor disadvantage this might cause

A spacious and comfortable apartment, good value for money - especially for families.

The apartment was large, with more than enough room for everyone. The number of bedrooms (3) was very important and good for us. Having two bathrooms was a great plus if you travel with family. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The capsule coffee maker was modern and of good quality.

Some of the kitchen facilities, such as the electric kettle and the crouton maker, could have been improved and updated to be more modern. The beds were creaking and the mattresses could be of better quality.

Very comfortable

Clean and comfortable. A few supermarket near the house and bus stops a few minutes walk from the house. Three badroms and two bathroms in the house. Fridge, washing machine, dish washing machine, microwawe oven, kettle and everything in the kitchen. Hot water is very good and heater system working very well. Very good bakery cross over the street. Name is labroxeria. We had breakfast form there every morning. If we come again I would like to stay here. Thank you for all Hogar Moderna

Für einen Familien-Weihnachtsurlaub sehr gut geeignet.

Sehr große Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist. Lage in einer Seitenstraße relativ ruhig.

Leider gab es nur in einem Zimmer Gardinen. Die Wohnung ist im Hochparterre mit Gittern an allen Fenstern. Sichtschutz hat man nur mit heruntergelassen Rolläden. Für einen Stadturlaub geeignete Lage, aber nicht günstig, wenn Strandbesuche geplant sind.

Fantastico

Appartamento molto grande, confortevole e ben attrezzato a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, molto meno dalle fermate degli autobus quindi molto comodo per raggiungere il centro città. Check-in automatico con indicazioni precise ricevute via app, la cucina aveva tutto il necessario per poter cucinare e mangiare, le camere spaziose e i doppi servizi sicuramente rappresentano quel qualcosa in più che rende il soggiorno ancora più comodo. Sicuramente da consigliare

Illuminazione un po' complicata da gestire, appartamento un po' buio in alcuni punti, ma è davvero un piccolo dettaglio

Un lugar para disfrutar Valencia

Estuvimos alojadas cinco personas y la experiencia fue excelente. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias y estaban impecables a nuestra llegada. Todo el alojamiento ofrece mucho espacio, ideal para grupos, con un salón grande perfecto para compartir momentos juntas. El piso se mantiene fresco, algo que agradecimos mucho, y no se escuchaba ningún ruido del exterior, lo que hizo que descansáramos fenomenal. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!

Lo único que no conseguimos fue conectarnos al wifi, ya que no encontramos la contraseña correcta (la que venía en el router no funcionaba), pero por lo demás todo estuvo genial.

Cinque giorni in famiglia ottimi

Appartamento grandissimo tre stanze da letto ampie, quella principale con il bagno, con 7 letti, un grande soggiorno, con divano letto e un divano, unito alla cucina, arredata con microonde piano cottura, bollitore, macchina del caffè, forno, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Un secondo bagno all'ingresso con doccia. Direi che ci si può abitare tranquillamente. Posizione ottima, fuori dal centro storico ma fermata bus 95 (la linea che segue il parco) a 4 minuti e fermata metro a 8 minuti. Ottimo

Il Letto principale cigola e il para goccie nella doccia nel bagno in camera non blocca l'acqua che scende sul pavimento. Aumenterei un po' il grado di luce Nella camera principale. Il resto tutto ottimo

Ótima relação qualidade vs preço

O ar condicionado foi uma mais valia. A decoração era mesmo muito gira, viveria numa casa assim. Apesar de estar longe da praia, é muito bem servido por transportes públicos. Tem o supermercado Consum a 2 minutos a pé com tudo o que precisamos. Também tem bastante comércio por perto. Tivemos a possibilidade de deixar as malas no último dia porque o nosso voo era só à noite, o que deu imenso jeito. Apesar de não constar nas fotos, existe um terceiro quarto, mais pequeno, com janela, roupeiro e uma cama de casal. Bom isolamento térmico e acústico. Sem dúvida que repetiríamos a estadia!

Sugestão de melhoramento: umas cortinas para termos mais privacidade pois é um rés do chão elevado, um jarro elétrico e mãos alguns tachos para cozinhar. Também é preciso ter um pouco mais de atenção à limpeza.

Piso Nuevo Valencia.

Es un Piso! Bajo alto todo exterior con grandes ventanas en todas las habitaciones. Esto para empezar me sorprendió. Viajamos a Valencia cada 6 meses desde hace años es el mejor espacio que hemos dispuesto: 3 dormitorios, amplio salón con sofá (creo que cama también), 2 cuartos de baño con bañera uno y otro con placa ducha. ..tarina flotante, armarios empotrados en todas las habitaciones....y todo nuevo en un edificio nuevo. También me gustó el precio. Se me olvidaba: A/C en todo el piso con instalación centralizadaTV Smart pantalla de 55 o más pulgadas, lavavajillas, vitro, lavadora, cafeteras, tostadora, microondas, secador pelo.....completo.Además wifi para el apartamento, individual como en casa. Bueno casi no me queda espacio, pero José el anfitrión: perfecto, se preocupó de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto, estuvimos con el personalmente nos entrego las llaves....no es de los que te dan 2l código. Así que me di cuenta que está al pie del cañón. Espectacular.

La verdad es que no se qué poner aquí! Todo correcto....
