Hogar moderno cerca de Casco Antiguo de Valencia

Las comodidades del apartamento son excelentes. Tiene 2 baños completos, 3 dormitorios (uno con 3 camas individuales y los otros 2 con una cama matrimonial cada uno). El apartamento tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado centralizado, una sala de estar comodísima y cocina equipada con absolutamente todo. No hace falta nada. Además tiene lavadora y se puede tender la ropa en el 6to piso que tiene una pequeña terraza.

Del apartamento sólo tengo palabras positivas. Lo único que podría destacar negativamente pero que no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento es la dificultad para aparcar. Hemos ido a principios de julio y es realmente difícil aparcar cerca.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious and spotless, exactly as shown in the photos. All the appliances and facilities were in perfect working order and everything we needed was available. The only minor issue we encountered was that one of the wardrobe doors had come off its track. We informed the owner, who responded immediately and fixed it quickly and efficiently. The communication throughout our stay was excellent. We were extremely satisfied with both the apartment and the overall service. The accommodation fully met our expectations. As an added bonus, the building is located on a quiet street while still offering excellent connections to both the city center and the beach. Bus stops and the metro station are just a few hundred meters away, making it very easy to get around. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

This is a very big, clean, nice, and cozy apartment which has everything you need for pleasant family stay. We got clear, detailed instructions on how to get in. The host is very kind and always ready to help guests: they allowed us to leave our luggage before the check-in time. The host’s hospitality is second to none, and their advice was incredibly helpful. There are 3 separate bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a large common room with a kitchen (including two sofas), and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and toilet, the other with a bathtub and toilet) in the apartment. All the beds are comfortable. Every room has blackout blinds, which was very important for us. The apartment layout is very convenient, with no walk-through rooms. The apartment has an air conditioning/heating system that heated the whole place very well in December (it was around +5 degrees outside). The kitchen is equipped with almost everything: a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. You can also find tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil, and different spices in the kitchen. Only a kettle was missing, so we used a pot to boil water (it wasn’t a problem, but a kettle would be a nice addition). The bathrooms are also great and very clean, stocked with shower gel, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. A washing machine (with detergent provided), drying rack, iron and a hairdryer are also available. The location is great: it's a safe, quiet neighbourhood. There’s a «Consum» supermarket right across the way and a fantastic bakery just across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very good, but to make the stay ideal, a kettle would be a nice addition. Also, the washing machine needs a deep clean, as there was a bit of a musty smell.

Apartamento con todos los servicios, muy limpio y amplio.Cerca del casco urbano y del transporte público. Todo excelente.
