Convenient location, recently refurbished apartment, everything works.
The listing does not make this clear, but this flat is basically a single room that opens directly on to the street - so literally if you open the door people can look through to the bed.
The door is glass (though shaded) so it does feel like you are not very private.
Important note: this flat is right next to the base of the local Falla ( https://www.visitvalencia.com/en/events-valencia/festivities/the-fallas ) commission. By sheer coincidence I visited during the main week of the Fallas and the commission had street parties nearly every night with incredibly loud music. As the flat has a glass façade (not brick) the sound comes straight through, I actually left a day early so that I could catch up on sleep!
Apart from that the neighbourhood is pretty peaceful and quiet, in my case it was just bad timng.
One minor complaint is that the bedding includes duvets but not duvet covers. I asked the hosts about this and they said it is policy not to provide duvet covers. ?!?
Another point to note is that this is a corporate host, after you have filled everything in on booking.com you will have to fill everything in again on their corporate system... kind of a pain..... but kind of inherent to booking.com's model.

Hele fijne studio, alles er op en deraan. Niks te klagen
Er is geen spiegel voor de dames onder ons , verder is het fijne locatie. 30 min van centrum. Supermarkt op 5 mjn lopen

Все новое, чисто. Все необходимое для нескольких дней проживания и приготовления еды есть.
Расположение тоже очень удобное, достопримечательности и магазины в пешей доступности.
Для такого типа жилья все отлично.
Нам не хватало воздуха ночью, но мы это понимали еще до бронирования и решили рискнуть. В таких квартирах без окна это наверное стандарная история.
