Very bad, dirty and smells very bad, had to rent other apartments

Dear Booking.com Support, I am contacting you regarding my booking № 6110142118. I am requesting a full refund because the property was in unacceptable condition and did not match the description on your platform. When we arrived, we discovered : - Extensive mold on the walls and ceilings - A very strong and unpleasant smell - Overall extreme lack of cleanliness These conditions made the property unsafe and uninhabitable. It was impossible to stay there. My girlfriend and I had no choice but to leave the same day we checked in and arrange alternative accommodation at our own expense. I can provide photos as evidence upon request. I am requesting a full refund of the total amount paid € 186, as well as the €100 deposit. Please confirm the next steps for processing this refund. Please note that while making this reservation I did not have an account on booking.com yet. I only created an account afterwards. Worst place i ever rented - and i travel every week

Nothing.

The aircondition did not work. The Spa was without electrinics, the attitude to the people on the phone, wash cups? Dont expect to be able to sry them - no towels. Earthquake evert tume the tram passed. Used Condome paper in the bathroom trashcan.... Now I am just curious is i have to engage Booking.com and police to get my deposu back. As advised i took before and after pictures and shared with the landlord

Comfortable but bad service

The studio room looked good, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I got a message from the owner saying check in had to be before 4pm, and when I got there at 12-1, he suddenly said that it had to be after. When I went there at 4pm there was no one there and we had to wait. The lock system is very stupid with only one set of keys for two people. The TV had a chromecast remote which I am very used to and it was not turning on despite changing sources and turning everything on and off multiple times. There is NO hot tub as advertised.

Value for money with easy communication with staff

Comfortable bed Clean Location outside of tourist area Easy check-in and check out Easy communication with staff.we had some issues on the first night but everything got sorted next day.

There is no equipments to keep the place clean.It's clean when you arrive,but if you happen to pour something or arrive back with dirty shoes,you cannot do anything about you have to leave it. Walls are thin,you can hear every movement of your neighbors.

Nice clean apartment with relaxing spa tub.

Apartment was clean, large, and the spa tub was relaxing. The kitchen had everything needed to be able to comfortably make a light breakfast. All kitchen items were clean and worked well. Small fridge was nice and cold.

Walls were thin and neighbors could be heard. TV worked however, signal would fade in and out occasionally. Think it was a loose cable connection which could be easily fixed.

No Value for money

The second room apart from the Bathroom was good.

Firstly, I don’t understand why they allow check out at 11 am why they allow check in at 4 pm. we arrived around 11 am at the property, and we insisted on at least keeping the luggage so that we can come back at 4, but they said it is not possible. The room we got was too noisy because of the Tram. The owner changed the room for us, with the new room our washroom door fell when trying to enter. The owner send over the repair guy, the guy repaired for 1 hr & we were very much uncomfortable. The owner took the security deposit of 111 euros & till today I haven't received it yet. The location was far from the center.

A very pleasant work stay in a great neighbourhood, lots of great places to eat nearby too.

It was nice to have a comfortable work space which included a lovely spa bath. I enjoyed the location as it as very central to all public transport routes

Excellent little apartment.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, compact, neat and tidy and well equipped. Loved the jacuzzi! Our hosts were prompt in replying to our messages. Although the location wasn't city centre, there was a tram stop almost outside our accommodation and they ran every 15 minutes. We walked into the old part of town a couple of times (through Turia Park is lovely) and it took about 50 minutes. We also took a tram to Cabanyal beach twice which was direct and took about 40 minutes. I would recommend Special Suites by Azor F113.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water on two occasions, but not a great problem as fortunately we had not been to the beach those days and were able to boil a kettle of water.

Apartment in Valencia

The apartment was cozy, extremely clean and with a nice bathroom, with jacuzzi. Unfortunately there was no shower, just the bathtub so you have to keep the little shower faucet with one hand. However we could live with that. Bed was very comfortable. It is close to tram 4 and bus 28 to go downtown or at the beach. You can get there in around 30 mins.

The kitchen was insufficient for cooking a regular meal. There was no proper stove, just a camping electric portable one. If you plan to cook at home this is not for you. There is only a tiny window in the whole apartment, far away from the bedroom, which prevents air circulatiion. It's not enough.

Nunca tuvimos agua caliente, nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría en pleno invierno. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero nos entregaron un termo ventilador para pasar el frío. En el baño no había jabón y las toallas si bien estaban limpias ya estaban manchadas y gastadas.

Un desastre y lamentable.

Lo único bueno que tiene es la bañera que es grande y cómoda lo demás leer la descripción de abajo.

Lo primero te hacen pagar un depósito de 100€ el cual te dicen que pone en el anuncio y no lo pone, en la App pone que el mismo día que sales de la habitación te lo devuelven hace 4 días que estuve allí hospedada y aún sigo esperando el rembolso. Seguimos con que en la habitación luz en el baño no había por qué tenían una gotera que chorreaba agua del techo constantemente, nos encontramos telarañas por la cocina y una cucaracha dentro del mueble de la nevera, cuando intentamos llenar la bañera agua caliente no había, estaban cambiando la bombona de butano ( cosa que podrían haber hecho antes para cuando llegáramos el agua caliente saliera directamente) nos tocó esperar cerca de 1h y media a que saliera agua caliente. Una vez solucionado lo del agua caliente, nos sentamos a cenar y de la nada se fue la luz y no conseguimos volver a tener luz, los dueños o responsables tuvieron que venir como 3 veces para solucionar lo del agua y ya con lo de la luz eran casi las 00:00 de la noche y ya directamente nos quedamos a oscuras. La cisterna del baño no iba y la cama no es que fuese una maravilla de cómoda. Después de estos sucesos varios nos han ofrecido otra noche gratis en uno de sus hoteles, pero si va a ser como realmente ha sido esta experiencia no queremos volver más.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA

La cama es algo cómoda

En primer lugar: -la puntualidad del check-in 45min de espera, aun habiendo avisado 40min antes de la hora del check-in. -una vez dentro de la habitación nos dimos cuenta que no había papel de baño, la bañera “hidromasaje” que eso era solo una bañara ya que no funcionaba, PAGAMOS la habitación por que pensábamos que disfrutaríamos del hidromasaje y no pudimos disfrutar de nada de eso. -había mucho ruido para dormir, por un aire acondicionado en mal estado y por la ubicación ya que está al lado de las vías del tren. -la ventilación de la habitación no es muy buena, porque al volver a la habitación olía mucho a humedad. En conclusión, solo estuvimos una noche y no pudimos disfrutar del hidromasaje que era el objetivo por el cual pagamos por la habitación, no funcionaba porque los botones estaban todos rotos. No recomendamos el alojamiento si queréis pasar una noche romántica pensando en que habías a disfrutar de una estancia con hidromasaje, sale más a cuenta pagar una noche de hotel normal, que al menos habrá papel higiénico y gel de baño.

No había papel de aseo, el televisor dijeron que vendrían a lo largo del día a ponerlo y no vinieron, no había jabón de ningún tipo, la bañera estaba en malas condiciones y no iban los chorros, el agua se salía por bajo. Se nos colaba agua de la habitación de al lado…
