Easy communication with staff.we had some issues on the first night but everything got sorted next day.
There is no equipments to keep the place clean.It's clean when you arrive,but if you happen to pour something or arrive back with dirty shoes,you cannot do anything about you have to leave it.
Walls are thin,you can hear every movement of your neighbors.

They have a microwave, minifridge, electric stove, coffee machine which made us pretty comfortable.
Bathtub was fancy and nice.
It was clean in general and fairly close to the city's main attractions
The tramway is pretty close to the room. So it was making some noice while passing approximately every 10min (but not at night).
The toilet was partially clogged.

It was small but had most necessities. Well connected to centre with the bus.
Noisy. Trams go loudly past the window. There was no toiletries when it said these were included, a shower would be nicer than a bath
