The property was very clean and tidy, near a supermarket and not far from a city.

Decent accomodation

Very close to a metro station. The apartment was big enough for three persons they're indeed three bedrooms, the living room has a very comfortable couch and the kitchen is also big enough for even five or six people. The outner of the apartment was very nice and very helpful.

It was not very clean, there was dust and debris in the rooms behind the door, the sheets were looking very old and the bathroom was small and the ventilation fan was not working. The toilet needs some fixing. I think the most negative thing of this apartment are the neighbors. Above there was a family with I think two children who were screaming running and it was very difficult for you to relax or even sleep at 10 or 11 o'clock in the night.

Everything was great: location, facilities, and friendly owner. We felt like it was our second home! Everything is nearby, a good supermarket and a lot of restaurants, bars, cafes... We would definitely come back again!

I could not find the reason that "free parking" is among the most popular facilities of the apartment, while the apartment has no parking and the parking lots nearby are always full.

I like an apartment so much, I’m recommended it for sure. Supermercado Mercadona in the same building, 15 min by car to central beach. Apartment is good equipped. AC, microwave oven, oven, toaster

The apartment is very spacious, and it was really clean when we arrived. The AC works well too. Friendly en helpful owner. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Apartment was great. Met at property by a lovely host. Very clean. Facilities were great and exceeded our expectations Location great for getting in and out of the centre. Good supermarket across the road. Would definately recommend. Well done and thank you for a wonderful stay

Weekend Break

Stayed for 3 nights whilst attending the Moto GP. The apartment is immaculate, and owner is very helpful and always available if you have any questions throughout your stay. Simple, easy check in process. I would rate the apartment a 10/10 it is very clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Iron, fridge, microwave, hairdryer. Shampoo/soap/wash liquid all available also. The supermarket is very close and the metro a 2 min walk. We would 100% stay here again.

Weekend Moto GP Gran premio de Valencia

Très bel appartement situé dans un quartier calme de Valencia, à proximité de toutes commodités, Mercadonia à 20 mètres, bars traditionnels ou branchés pas très loin. Le quartier de San Carmen pas très loin en Uber, c'était parfait.

Le seul problème est la difficulté pour trouver une place de parking gratuite pour garer sa voiture. Ce que je peux comprendre pour une ville comme Valencia. Cependant un parking payant à 5min à pieds ouvert 24/24h pour 24€/jours et disponible.

Bel appartement spacieux très bien situé

Appartement spacieux et propre, bien situé.

Mauvaise insonorisation, et pas de clim dans les chambres pour pouvoir fermer les fenêtres. Manque d’aération dans la salle de bain. Pour 5 personnes et il manquait une chaise qui nous a été apportée plus tard à notre demande.

Dobro opremljen apartma blizu pozvezav z javnim prometom.

Apartma je prostoren in na super lokaciji. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena. Na voljo je tudi wi-fu, ki deluje dobro. V bljižini je na voljo več postaj javnega prometa.

Très bon séjour je recommande fortement .

L’appartement spacieux , bien équipé (couettes , couvertures , vaisselle , cafetière , sèche cheveux , ventilateurs , chauffages …) , propre , il sentait bon , l’emplacement pas loin de la ville , à proximité de tout . La propriétaire très agréable et disponible . La façon de récupérer les clefs est très pratique ( petit boîtier avec code )

Les voisins sont bruyants , le canapé n’est pas canapé lit comme décris sur l’annonce .
