Ubicación xq tiene metro y Mercadona muy cerca , la atención tan amable de la dueña, la limpieza y equipamiento.
Es una lastima que los vecinos de arriba, sean tan ruidosos justo en las noches.

Très bel appartement situé dans un quartier calme de Valencia, à proximité de toutes commodités, Mercadonia à 20 mètres, bars traditionnels ou branchés pas très loin. Le quartier de San Carmen pas très loin en Uber, c'était parfait.
Le seul problème est la difficulté pour trouver une place de parking gratuite pour garer sa voiture. Ce que je peux comprendre pour une ville comme Valencia. Cependant un parking payant à 5min à pieds ouvert 24/24h pour 24€/jours et disponible.

Todo , desde la limpieza hasta la ubicación El detalle de poder beber café o infusión nada más despertar 😃 La zona es bastante tranquila y un Mercadona justo al lado Sin duda intentaré volver y reservar el mismo sitio
