Comfortable Stay, kind-hearted Owner

It was a clean and cozy stay and what makes it exceptional is the host. She(Yohana Sanchez) welcomed us with a bright smile and even stayed a bit late because we were late on check-in. We even missed the keys one day but she calmed us and helped us in every possible way She is the sweetest person we met in Valencia and we will surely book this stay again once we revisit Valencia. Surroundings are soothing and away from the chaos of the city and good food options are available within walking distance. The owner also shared the things we can explore along with the route we can take.

Muy buena experiencia en familia

La anfitriona fue un encanto desde el minuto uno. Tuvimos una incidencia antes de llegar a recoger las llaves y nos retrasamos un poco, pero fue comprensiva y amable. Fuimos en pareja con nuestro hijo y el espacio era muy adecuado para los 3. Todo limpio y muy completo.

Agradable estancia

Precioso y funcional apartamento en planta baja. Está totalmente equipado y bien distribuido. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, sin embargo un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad. Personalmente, no me importó tanto, porque los autobuses y tranvías cercanos cubrían bien mis rutas diarias. Los propietarios fueron muy ayudantes y me dieron información útil de antemano. Llegué un poco tarde, después de la hora prevista, pero no tuve ningún problema con el check-in. Las fotos en el Booking son totalmente fiables. En general, tuve una experiencia maravillosa.

Un apartamento para vivirlo y disfrutarlo

El apartamento es muy bonito, cómoda estancia y un servicio inmejorable. La anfitriona se portó de 10 muy atenta y la entrega de llaves genial. El apartamento es espectacular para una estancia realmente cómoda.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación, muy alejado de todo y del centro. Y la ducha muy bonita pero poco práctica, costaba un poco porque estaba un pelín desajustada el frio y calor.

Como en casa

En primer lugar, la amabilidad y disposición por parte de Yohana, la chica que atiende el loft, que días antes de nuestra llegada, nos fue aclarando todas las dudas que nos pudiesen surgir, haciéndonos llegar, incluso, recomendaciones de lugares cercanos para comer e indicarnos dónde estaba el supermercado más cercano. Por otra parte, las instalaciones son nuevas, amplias y luminosas, con todo lo esencial para hacerte sentir como en casa. Las fotos se corresponden 100% con lo que te encuentras al llegar, y hay hasta tres opciones diferentes para dormir: cama de matrimonio, cama individual o sofá cama. Televisión, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, secador de pelo, toallas, champú, gel de baño y acondicionador... muy resuelto y con detalles de bienvenida, como unas galletas, cápsulas de café y agua en la nevera. Si tuviese que regresar a Valencia, procuraría mirar si hay disponibilidad en este sitio antes de mirar otras opciones.

El trato y la comunicación recibida para que nuestra estancia sea una grata experiencia. El loft era muy cómodo y limpio en todas sus estancias equipado con todos los enseres necesarios, la ubicación era muy tranquila con fácil aparcamiento. 100X100 recomendable.
