Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around areas of Valencia generally.
