This property is available for short-term rentals ranging from 11 nights to 11 months.This unit is located near the city center yet sits in a peaceful and serene neighborhood at night, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring or work. You’ll find bedrooms that are gracefully situated, offering panoramic views of the surrounding scenery.Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with plush, comfortable beds and high-quality linens to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is also a convertible sofa bed, which is perfect for large groups of family or friends (bringing the total capacity to six people).Adjacent to the bedrooms, you’ll find a generous dining area—this spacious space provides the perfect setting for memorable meals. The unit features two clean and spotless bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Adding to the charm of this remarkable retreat, a series of balconies invite you to enjoy the outdoors.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you’ll need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Other amenities we offer include a TV, air conditioning for heating and cooling, a washer/dryer combo, an iron, and a hair dryer. A deposit of 900 euros is required one week before arrival via an external link to the Guest Portal on Hostaway. The deposit will be released within a few days after your checkout.
House Rules
1. To gain access to the accommodation, you must complete the check-in form and add payment methods for the deposit in the Guest Portal. Once the property has been inspected for any potential damage, the deposit will be refunded within a few days.
2. The deposit may be used to cover any damage to the property, charges for unauthorized additional guests, or unusual utility consumption (such as charging an electric car or leaving the air conditioner on).
3. Charging electric cars using the property’s electricity is not allowed.
4. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and checkout is by 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times.
5. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please ensure that you have received and understood the instructions.
6. Less than 7 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of nights or the number of guests in the reservation. No refund will be issued in this case.
7. One queen-size bed will be provided for every two people in the group; however, you may request additional beds based on the number of guests.
8. Duvet covers can be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
9. The apartments are equipped with electronic locks that must not be tampered with. If you encounter any problems with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise, you will be charged 800 euros for any damage.
10. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
11. Parties are prohibited.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. Guests are not permitted; each guest will be counted as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.
14. The fee for an additional person is 40 euros per night per person, plus a 15% commission that may be deducted from the security deposit.
15. The total cleaning service fee is 80 euros plus a 15% commission.
16. Some consumables, such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet paper, etc., are provided in limited quantities and will not be replenished; however, you can find what you need at Mercadona, Consum, etc.
17. If you require an invoice, please let us know before your stay ends, providing the necessary details so we can adjust the invoice.
18. Please place the trash in the trash bins on the street.
19. On the day of check-out, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner, and close the apartment door behind you.

My husband and I stayed 9 nights at this property and loved it! Fantastic location- just over the bridge from the old town, but still in a neighborhood with a grocery store right below, coffee around the corner, etc. The building has 2 apartments per floor and was quiet and clean. We would most definitely stay here again!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was just as pictured and described. Our son is at the FSU Valencia campus, and it was a short walk to his location. Would definitely come back! Thank you.

Great open airy space, loved that all the rooms open to the out doors, close to the old town area, about 12 minute walk. Great to have a grocery store right down stairs, could use more hangers, especially since you have to air dry any clothes you wash.
Kitchen has the basics, could use a few more items, like a pitcher to make drinks, and a large mixing bowl for family serving of food. Door was a little rough to figure out at first. Could use better instructions posted at the door.
